Not fully au fait with iCloud. I don't use it. But if you have done a backup to iCloud then this might help. This reply will refresh your post thereby giving others an opportunity to comment. Did you just apply for an account or did you try to upload a book? If you are simply setting up an account, they won't ask you for an ISBN number. They will, however, ask for your tax ID number. After your account is activated, then any time you upload a new book, you will need to supply an ISBN number. Since each book has a unique ISBN, they don't need those numbers to initially set up your account. I hope that helps.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

New version of itunes wont download to my pc it keeps saying i have an invalid signature and stops the download. How can i fix this?

That one suggests the installer has gotten damaged during the download.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

I assume you are attempting to install a newer version of Firefox?
It seems the solution is:

When I try and install 4.0 I get the following error message: The operation can't be completed because you don't have permission to access some of the items. How can this be?

Not sure what else to add. I have tried several times to install version 4.0 but get the same message every time. As an open source browser I don't understand why such a message would appear. I have a Mac Air with the latest OS.

If you get an error message that you do not have sufficient permissions or have other problems with updating to update then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

Basically the subject says it all. I do not have any apple products. I do have an apple ID but apple wont let me set up an icloud account without any apple products. I was invited to view a shared calender by an Apple user that I NEED to be able to view. It is a private, invite-only calender. Apparently apple wont let me view this shared calender without an iCloud account (even though I still have an apple ID regular account). I cannot set up an iCloud account without a Mac or an iOS products, which I do not own. This is ridiculous but there has to be a work around. Any suggestions?

If you click on Purchases icon in the toolbar you should find it listed with your purchases. There should be a progress bar showing.
The file is over 4 GBs. How long it takes depends on your internet service speed.
