I have reset my network  but still unable to join the network...

i was on a website and the screen went dark, i couldnt open any other pages after that even when i tapped the screen i got no response so i went into my... settings... general... reset... reset network settings.
now my wi-fi is" not connect" and i am "unable to join the network" ...............what have i done!!!
