I have restored my ipad mini and it has an activation with a email i dont use cause its fake and i dont know the password and it wont let me activate it till i sign it in how do i take it off my ipad
i have a random email for my activation email and i dont know the password and it wont let me active it unless i sign in with that email and password how do i change it so that doesnt pop up or till it doesnt ask for it

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have been trying to unlock my old Ipod but I can't figure out the password and when I connect to Itunes it doesn't allow me to connect because I don't know the password. I have tried their solutions but they aren't working either.

Have you tried changing the admin password in System Preferences > Users & Groups > Password ??
The Apple ID that is associated with your admin password is noted there.

My iPad mini, iOS 8.2 continuously keeps bringing up the message sign into iCloud. However, the account it wants me to sign in to is not mine but my mums, and when i try to delete it it will not let me.

When you say 'changed my email with the itunes store and have a new password' do you mean that you've changed the email address on that old account, or are you referring to a different account ?
If you've updated the old account then try logging out of the account on the phone by tapping on the id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in with the updated version.
If they are different accounts then all apps (and other content from the store) are tied to the account that downloaded them, so only that account will be able to download updates to them. For apps like Twitter and Facebook you could delete them from the phone and redownload them via your account so that they are linked to that instead.
If there are apps that have content in them, and you can't copy that content off (so that you can delete the app, buy/download it on your account, and copy the content back), then you will need the password to the old account to be able to update them. You should be able to get it reset via http://iforgot.apple.com -
