I have serial numbers now, but no DVD drive...

I purchased photoshop at Best Buy, redeemed the serail numbers online, but I dont have a DVD drive. How do I download the software? Everything is a freaking trial version?

Download the trial and activate that with your serial number.

If your program is Photoshop Elements, then you have posted in the wrong forum. Some how your thread got posted in the Adobe Premiere Elements Forum (video editing). Please re-post your thread in the Adobe Photoshop Elements Forum or wait for a moderator to see your thread here and move it from here to there.

What will not open - Photoshop Elements 10 or Premiere Elements 10? And, what computer operating system is involved?
Are you installing from installation files from download purchase or from an installation disc?
You should be able to use one of those to install the program during which it should be automatically activated
if you have an Internet connection.
Let me know if this does not open applies to Photoshop Elements 10 or Premiere Elements 10. If Premiere Elements 10, I will
go through with your troubleshooting considerations related to Premiere Elements 10.

Please download Acrobat X Pro from the link below.

Install the software and when prompted for the previous version qualifying product, select Acrobat 9 and enter the serial key of Acrobat 9.
This should install and activate Acrobat X Pro on the machine.

But, rest assured that you really don't need to worry about keeping the phone in a case. we have seen videos of the phone being dropped face down on cement several times and no scratches to the glass, only scrapings on the plastic around the side. The phone is quite durable, only worry about sand getting on the glass.

So, now my CD/DVD drive won't work

I made the BIG mistake of upgrading to LION last week.   Up until that moment, EVERYTHING was working fine on my MAC.   I downloaded the software just fine but when I went to install it I received a message saying my hard drive was full.   I'm sure that I had plenty of room left and would have thought that if it was full I would have received that message PRIOR to the download.   Nevertheless, I tried it again. This time I received a message saying that there was something wrong with my hard drive and it needed repairing.   I did the verification and tried to do the repair but it wouldn't work.
Made an appointment with the Apple Store, (at least I live near a store), and they went through all the diagnostics and said, "There is nothing wrong with your hard drive yet we are unable to install the upgrade ... meaning that my computer will not function. I had to buy a new hard drive and have them install LION on it.   Before I left the store I told the tech guy that I'd like to turn it on to make sure it would work ... guess what ... it wouldn't.   "I can't understand it", he said, "It was working just fine a few minutes ago."   I had him try it a few more times and then he advised me that they'd have to do it again and for me to come back (again).
So, now I have a new hard drive and a new operating system ... but I had to pay for it in cash, frustration, time, and lost data (my email archive mostly) ... BUT ... now my CD/DVD drive won't work.   I've had to reload software with an external drive.
What the **** ????
Anyone with some thoughts on this?
(Plus I've had to create a new MAC ID?   Why won't it accept my old account ID?)

I've never used Toast before but have heard of it. I just went to their website and watched a quick video. I'm a tad confused though ... is Toast able to rip movie DVD's before burning a copy?   I used to have some software that could do this but, of course, it's now gone with my new hard drive.

Two serial numbers requestet - but I only have one

Hello, I bought a version of lightroom 5 today and downloaded it. Now I wanted to start the program and it asked for two serial numbers. The actually serial number was sent per Email but it also asked for an older serial number, but this is the first program I bougt and I do not have any other number. Does anyone has an idea. you must have purchased an upgrade. in that situation you will be prompted for the lr 5 serial number and then when the installer fails to find a qualifying product (eg, a previous lr version), you are prompted for the previous versions serial number.
if you don't own a previous version, you purchased the wrong lr version (ie, an upgrade). Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order

Can't transfer cs5 from fried macbook air to my new Pro - i have serial numbers but no startup disk

my macbook air has software on it that I can't retrieve because it is dead -
i have a brand new mac book pro and serial numbers for both cs3 and the cs5 updagrade.
I called adobe to see if i can download the standard suite from their support but apparently they no longer offer access to anything prior to 5.5.
I dont have the installation disc's, how can I get this software downloaded and on my new computer without having to buy the whole suite again!
