I have signed into adobe, but unable to click on the create PDF icon? Why?

Has anyone else encountered this problem? if so how did you resolve it?

I've checked your account; there is no problem with your subscription. So, let's try this:
Clear the browser cache, and try again.
Try a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).

I can sign into Adobe but my password is rejected when trying to sign into Adobe reader for updates.

Adobe Reader won't ask you to sign in for updates. Most likely, this is just the normal adminstrator password prompt you get when installing or updating software, and you use your computer's own password.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your Acrobat.com subscription. I've checked your account, and there are no issues there.
Is the problem specific to one PDF file, or are you running into the same problem with multiple files? How large is the file (or files) that you're trying to upload? Are they complex (large number of pages; mix of text and graphics)?
Let's start with some basic troubleshooting:
Clear the browser cache and try again.
Try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
Make sure that there are no firewall or proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
Let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, we can take a closer look at the files that you're trying to convert.

Make sure Private Browsing is off.
Tap "Private" on Safari Screen to disable Private Browsing. When top of screen is white, Private Browsing is off.

I have downloaded some ibooks but when I click on the icon nothing happens - it won't open

I have downloaded some ibooks from iTunes but icons will not open when I click on them. This issue applies to my Windows 7 computers and iPad (3rd Gen) and iPhone 4s.
I can't find any help/support with this issue.

iBooks only open in the iBooks app on an iOS device. It is possible that your download was corrupt, in which delete and download again from your purchased history.

All of the other icons on my desktop work perfectly but when I click on the firefox/mozilla icon, nothing happens; it wil not open the borwser window? I have tried downloading newer version but get the same result.??

My internet connection is fine, everything works but firfox icon. It was workin fine yesterday and now nothing but a small blue circle and then it disappears.

The guy at att told me that icloud would sync everything i had in my notes, calendar, and text messages to my new phone, but it only synced some of my notes, none of my messages, or calendar info.

Your music will only be where you put it. It will not magically appear on a new computer.
Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
If for some reason you cannot do this, then you can transfer itunes purchases from an iphone: Without syncing - File>Transfer Purchases
You can also redownload itunes purchases from icloud in some countires:

Movies are not stored in your iCloud account unless you add them in the theater feature of iMovie version 10.

You can transfer the music purchased from iTunes Store to the computer but not music acquired somewhere else.
Syncing is one way street, computer to iPhone. You have to use 3rd party tool to transfer music not from iTunes Store to the computer.
