It sounds as though you haven't logged in to the service yet. From the ExportPDF website, click Sign in at the upper-right corner, and log in to the service with your Adobe ID credentials. Now, when you click ExportPDF, you'll be prompted to select PDF files to export, instead of being asked to subscribe.

    You need to turn the services you want to sync (calendars, contacts etc) on on both devices from settings > iCloud.

  • Text messages disappear from 1 sender before I can read but app still shows as unread even though there is no message

    I have an iphone 5.  When I receive text messages from 1 person (another iphone user) I receive the alert but the message disappears.  Also my imessage app shows I have an unread message but the message is not there.  I can send text messages to this person but imessages will not work.  I am wondering if the issues in on my phone or the other persons.  I have no other issues with any other contacts and according the to other person they have no other issues.  Any help would be appreciated. 

    I had the same thing happen today. The solution seemed to be to open a few of my most recent text messages and manually delete some of them. Even though, those messages were already marked as read.
    It worked for me and the count cleared. Hope this helps!

    I've read through all the stuff in the knowledge base and found nothing else I could do. Reinstalled the software, Downloaded upgrade .2.02p, reset the thing several times... I'm desperate now, please help!!! I have a ZEN Jukebox 20 GB, guarantee is expired by now.

    My ZEN is the Creative Jukebox, however in both listed instructions to access the rescue mode I am asked to either:
    - EAX button ; Which one? in the description of the products is not mentioned.
    - Slide the switch towards on position: The power button is just a button, no chance to to slide it towards anything.
    - I don't get any Loading message on the screen, I do get the building library but way too quick. Barely flashes by on the screen.
    the above is for any later version of the firmware after .75. I have recently installed .2.
    Then for the original .75:
    - Hold the Play and stop button, this zen has not stop button but a play and pause integrated in the same button. Obviously I cannot use those instructions.
    This is mental, any idea what could I do next?

(photos & apps do not take up that much room).  When I go to manage storage on any device & it will display how much room each program or app is using, it still shows that my e-mail is taking up the most room.  Is there a way to actually log on to the icloud server to manage what it stored there?  If so, how do I do it?  Also, on a related subject,  why does my mail not sync accross all devices?   ie. when I delete an email on one device, why do I still see it on all my other devices?  How can I change this?

    Mail is backed up automatically. If you make backups automatically, open Mail application and then, open the Time Machine app (in /Applications/Utilities). You will access to the Time Machine interface, and you will be able to see all your mails of all the backups you have, and you will be able to restore them. It means that your mails are backed up onto the Time Capsule

    So after reading other's threads on this issue, I learned that by turning icloud's calendar sync option off and then on again, it re-sets your calendar and pesky old things go away like magic. Thanks to others on this forum for sharing their expertise! I'm all set now.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I was able to locate the opm.db file and delete it. (as instructed below) I go to applications>Adobe Creative Cloud and double click. It prompts me to login, it logs in and says there is an update, I click update and it prompts me to sign in with my password, I enter the same password and it doesn't take it. Also, the opm.db file is back in the OOBE folder. Im I launching Creative Cloud incorrectly?
    Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: :\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud. Try signing in.

    Uninstalling Software: The Basics
    Most OS X applications are completely self-contained "packages" that can be uninstalled by simply dragging the application to the Trash.  Applications may create preference files that are stored in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder.  Although they do nothing once you delete the associated application, they do take up some disk space.  If you want you can look for them in the above location and delete them, too.
    Some applications may install an uninstaller program that can be used to remove the application.  In some cases the uninstaller may be part of the application's installer, and is invoked by clicking on a Customize button that will appear during the install process.
    Some applications may install components in the /Home/Library/Applications Support/ folder.  You can also check there to see if the application has created a folder.  You can also delete the folder that's in the Applications Support folder.  Again, they don't do anything but take up disk space once the application is trashed.
    Some applications may install a startupitem or a Log In item.  Startupitems are usually installed in the /Library/StartupItems/ folder and less often in the /Home/Library/StartupItems/ folder.  Log In Items are set in the Accounts preferences.  Open System Preferences, click on the Accounts icon, then click on the LogIn Items tab.  Locate the item in the list for the application you want to remove and click on the "-" button to delete it from the list.
    Some software use startup daemons or agents that are a new feature of the OS.  Look for them in /Library/LaunchAgents/ and /Library/LaunchDaemons/ or in /Home/Library/LaunchAgents/.
    If an application installs any other files the best way to track them down is to do a Finder search using the application name or the developer name as the search term.  Unfortunately Spotlight will not look in certain folders by default.  You can modify Spotlight's behavior or use a third-party search utility, EasyFind, instead.
    Some applications install a receipt in the /Library/Receipts/ folder.  Usually with the same name as the program or the developer.  The item generally has a ".pkg" extension.  Be sure you also delete this item as some programs use it to determine if it's already installed.
    There are many utilities that can uninstall applications.  Here is a selection:

    The information below may be able to answer your questions about how to delete songs from your iPhone:
    Deleting songs downloaded to your device
    Tap the Music app.
    Tap More > Songs at the bottom.
    Scroll or search for the song you would like to delete from your device.
    Swipe right to left on the song, and then tap Delete.
    Note: You must be in Artists, Songs, or Albums view to delete songs from your device. Deleting from a playlist won't remove a song from your iOS device.

    Remove a song from iPhone. Tap Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.
    If you have iOS 7, this will delete the song from local storage, but the song will still appear with a cloud symbol in the Music app, as you've noticed. To hide the iTunes in the Cloud purchases, navigate to Settings > iTunes & App Store, and disable "Show All: Music”
    There may be a few orphaned songs on your iPhone that were partially downloaded or corrupted in some way. If that is the case, you can erase all of the music from your phone.  Follow the instructions below and select the Music app under Usage:

    So which is it, iTunes will not download or will not install?  They are two seperate processes.
    No one can offer relevant solutions if the user cannot or will not clarify what the issue truly is.
