I have subscribed to Adobe Export PDF for one year and paid the fee per my credit card. I just received an sms to inform me of the amount of R230.61 was deducted today by Adobe Systems Software. If you have charged for another year, please cancel that service and refund me as I did not request renewal for another year. I don't find this service very useful as documents converted to Word is not really usable when trying to do changes and amendments to the document.
Please confirm.

After checking your account, I see that you purchased an ExportPDF subscription back in June (under the same email address that you use here in the forums). There are no other subscriptions under that email address.
But, you should be able to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com using this email address and your password. If not, please let us know.

So when there is an update I need to switch my county & billing address for few selected apps. ExportPDf will convert the PDF into Docx and doc format. Then you can download that converted file to you desktop. So if you have Word on MAc you can use that to edit the converted PDF file.
I'm not sure about Pages, if pages can open(supports) .docx or .doc files then you can always use Pages to edit the document. I hope that answer your question.

The ExportPDF subscription isn't included in a Creative Cloud membership. However, if you have Acrobat as part of your subscription, you can use it to save directly to Word format (as well as a host of other formats). In Acrobat, just choose Save as Other...

I just purchased Adobe Export PDF in an attempt to be able to export documents from .pdf to Ms. Word. I have a PC. When I open the document in .pdf my name appears in the top right hand corner. When I click on it and select export to Ms. Word, I get nothing. Can someone instruct me on how to do this?

Are you trying to export your files via Reader or the ExportPDF web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com?
If you're using the web interface, please clear the browser cache, and then log back in to the URL I supplied above. Then, you can follow the steps in this document to convert your files: Getting Started with ExportPDF | Adobe Community

It is not clear why you are facing this issue now.
You can try it with another pdf file,It might be possible that there is some issue with your pdf file.

There is nothing to download for ExportPDF. Simply go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf, and sign in with your Adobe ID. Once there, you can use ExportPDF.
