My Subscription to Saudi Arabia 400 Minutes, is set to AUTO-Recharged ,
It was working ok, BUT this month on 19 Mar 2012, skype AutoReCharged me 49.99$ using Paypal, .... BUT I can not call because it still show 0 Minutes !!
Today is 21 Mar 2012 so it's already 2 days passed !!, and it say Delivered! why it's not working ... please help.
I forced to pay 10$ buying credits to call ... today, but still not activated my subscription!
I tryied to sign-out many times then sign it... maybe refresh but NOTHING CHANGE!
I include Snapshot on my screens. -- I could not upload Images, Error message in your msg system --

I want to upload snapshot of screen, but it still show ERROR :

I can send it Email if it needed.

    You have a monthly Subscription and have used your full 60 minutes allocation for this month. The new allocation of 60 minutes which you purchased on October 15th 2014 will be applied to your account on November 14th 2014. In the meantime you can continue to call by purchasing some credit.

  • Subscription not renewed timely by Skype?

    I bought a monthly subscription "UK 60 minutes" for 12 months on 08-Jan-2012. 15 minutes are offered by Skype for buying a yearly subscription, so it makes it 75 minutes per month. My payment of 12.28 euros has been accepted, and I used my subscription in January without problem. In February, I used all my 75 minutes. Today, 08-Mar-2012, I cannot use my subscription as my account page says "You have used all your month minutes, use your Skype Credit to make calls" which is what I did. Just under that quoted phrase, it says, "Renews on Mar 6, 2012". Apparently, something is wrong as we are today well past this date; I'm sleeping or someone else is (at Skype?). 
    Thank you for any idea to solve this by myself though it seems the ball is in Skype playground.

  • Subscription not renewed and cancelled by Skype

    Hi, I have had a supscription for Unlimited Worldwide for a few years and I received a message today that my subscription was not renewed and also that it was cancelled (it expires in 2 days). When I tried to get a new subscription to avoid disruption in my service the payment was denied when tryin to pay with a different card. I cannot tell why this is happening, the card info is correct and was verfied on Sype's site. Please advise. Thank you.

    Try closing the Mail app completely and see if the email contents show when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
    If that doesn't work then also try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    I subscribed for a monthly allowance of 75 minutes and paid in full for a year. However this is the second month running I have to come on this forum trying to get a solution for this problem.  If this is going to continue happening every month, then I suggest I get a total refund of the remaining 10 months so that when u deliver u take the money , please help,  I do not want this to continue on every month lets solve it once and for all.

    What exactly is going on in this forum? I thought skype has someone to be looking into our  complains and grievances. I started posting this issue since 18/03/ but nobody seems to be looking into it. Not even a single replied from one of the staff. I wish I had not paid yearly subscription up front. Because this is really getting on my nerves. I need somebody to answer me, at  least I deserve that.

    I updated my Credit Card Details with you in advance of the subscription renew date.  However I see here that my "subscription" failed on May 11.  On May 15th you did charge the updated CC for my "Auto Renew".

    I have a monthly subscription which was supposed to be renewed today i.e. Aug 13, 2011. Payment for the same was already done 10days back and the same is reflected in purchase history. However, the minutes haven't been added yet. How do I get this rectified?

    It is a bad situation. Your credit card expired but you cannot change it because FormsCentral is retiring.
    Please consider moving your forms to JotForm right away. It takes a few minutes to do it using JotForm new Import Wizard:

    First of all, why did you say yes to Nero Back up before researching what it does with files already on the HDD? When I install Nero, the Back Up is the first thing I disable, it is a nagging pain, there are much better backup programs available. There are several file recovery programs out there to recover deleted files, that is, if that is what happened. Also, if you haven't overwritten the files, so you should be able to find them.
