I have swopped computers, authorised my new one and can see old purchases in history but not library?

I have swopped computers, authorised my new one and can see old purchases on history but i cannot view them in the library.

Anyone have any ideas or information to help with this? Any help and consideration is MUCH appreciated.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

My documents on pages have been deleted from my ipad. I have logged into icloud from a windows computer and can see all my lost documents, but cant seem to get them back on my ipad. HELP!

I opened up my pages app and the document i needed opened up automatically, i turned away from my ipad to log onto my computer only to find when i look back at my ipad that ALL my documents have been deleted!! It is very important i get these back as i have an assignment to hand in tomorrow and ALL my revision is on their for my exam in 4 days time. please please please help me get my documents back onto my ipad? Opening a new file in photoshopcc and the file name is displayed but no white working canvas. you can see it as a layer in the layers panel and if i draw on the grey area i can see int on the layer but not on the main screen.

Double clicking on it should unzip the file, often resulting in a file in a folder or a file alone. If the file was purchased as FLAC then the file should end in .flac (if you have display extensions turned on). FLAC is a common format but it is poorly implemented on Macs, and Apple is obstinate about supporting it, preferring their own Apple Lossless format. iTunes won't play it and I don't think Quicktime will either. Many other applications will but it is inconvenient for everyday use. The easiest thing to do is to use a converter such as Max or XLD (both free) to convert the file to Apple Lossless (if you desire full-quality comparable to the FLAC format), or to AAC (typical of a file purchased from the iTunes Store). Both can be readily played in iTunes.

How is your iPod configured to sync music from your iTunes library? In other words, what options and configurations do you have enabled from under the iPod's Summary and Music configuration panes in iTunes?

However the trick is that it cannot download at all.I m asked to download the application. Then I put my Apple ID, then it start to download but just 1s... Then ....Nothing. No application, no error message... Just a nice invoice....

I downloaded a new album and can see the photos in it. But when I try to email one of them as an attachment, my latest downloaded album is nowhere to be found.

Right after I download pictures into a new album and can go to that album and see the photos, why don't they show up when I try to attach photos from that album to an email? This has happened twice before and after a week or more they finally show up as a source for an attachment to email.

My guess is they don't care. Most likely they're illiterate and don't know what a colon is for. They probably think it's a little-used character. Remember: these are the people who don't know the difference between "deprecate" and "depreciate".
I have the same colon problem as you do. But it's not the biggest problem I have encountered in Lion. If it was only that I'd be Mr. Delighted with Lion. There's worse than having a colon - uh - that won't cooperate. A lot worse, in Lion.

I think that you mean that you are getting a message to contact iTunes Store Support. There must be some issue with your account that only iTunes support can solve for you.
Go here and click on the iTunes Store Support link on the right side and then in the next window, click on Purchases, Billing and Redemption, then click on Unable to Purchase from the iTunes Store, then click on email in the next window. Send an email and tell them what you are experiencing.

Macbook pro (2012) was swapped for a new one and my empty hard rive was swapped, but now my start up time has doubled?

I bought a Macbook 2 weeks ago, in the first week one of the keys broke off so I went to the Apple store and they replaced the whole thing for me. I was asked if I wanted to swap the hard drive for my old one and I said yes just to save myself time, even though my hardrive is completely empty- I havent downloaded any programs, saved any pictures etc.
Now my start up time on this new Macbook has pretty much doubled - its a blank lit-up screen for a long time before the apple and log in bar appears - has any one else had this problem? This didn't happen on my old one!

first - go to system preferences - startup disk and select your hard drive as the startup drive....restart your macbook....
if that doesn't do it, open disk utility and verify your disk permissions - repair them if errors are found....once the repair is done, restart your macbook...
see if the above sorts outs your issues....

Assuming iTunes 11....Go to the little Menu button all the way to the upper left. Choose Show Menu Bar and then you should see Store in the Menu Bar across the top.
