I have sync my email to yahoo and calendar, however some of my calendar events I have entered into yahoo are not showing on my calendar on my phone, why is this?

You'll need to call AppleCare & ask to talk to "Account Security" to fix this.

It is also posible to go back to the imovie you had before, it is still on your computer - you go to Finder and it is in a folder in your programs. Many others have gone back to the old program, and perhaps I am also going to do that too.
In the new imovie it does not come up the question "do you want to download these videos ...."
You shall in imovie open your iphotolibrary in top on the left side,( it is standing under libraries) and you can see all the events you have in iphoto, then you can open the event, you shall use and drag the movies and pictures from the events in iphoto to an events in imovie. If you can,t see your libraries, you can click on a show button on top of the left side.
On the picture you see here iphoto is market on the top of the left side and the pictures to the left is my iphoto-events - and there I can open the one I shall use, and find my movies.

I purchased an iphone 4 in July 2012. I set it up to synch with Windows Outlook on my 2009 HP laptop computer (Windows 7). This seemed to work fine.
A few weeks ago, I was notified that my itunes or iphone software needed updating. With my iphone plugged into my computer, I performed the update. When it was over, I had an error message on my iphone indicating that it needed to be reset. I did this and there was no information on my iphone. I then synched with the laptop and everything appeared to be restored.
HOWEVER, now when I synch, items that I enter on my laptop show up on my iphone BUT items that I enter on my iphone do NOT show up on my laptop. How do I fix this?All content bought/downloaded from iTunes is tied to the account that downloaded it and it can't be transferred to a different account - so you will need to authorise your old account on that computer if you want to transfer its purchases over.

Why my sent emails are not showing up in the sent box
The emails I'm sending are not showing up in my sent box. Why is this happening?
- Did they show before?
- Are you sending from the mail app?
- Try sending from another account.
- Try a reset. Nothing will be lost.

I recently had to wipe out my phone and lost everything! I have been able to recover all apps, pics, songs. Lost alot of my contacts due to me not backing up my info to icloud more often. (my mistake) However, I cant find any of my purchased ringtones. They are not showing up in my purchase history on itunes either. I do have the receipts for all of them tho.
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated!Ringtones are currently a one-time only download, they won't appear under the Purchased tab nor in the cloud. Have you got copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or in the backup of your downloads that you can use to re-sync them to your phone ? I have synced my iPhone numerous times and some of the memos in "Voice Memos" on my iPhone wont go over to my iTunes program on my computer. I have a folder titled "Voice Memos" on my iPhone and one of the same name on iTunes on my computer. But after I sync I only get 6 out of the 9 voice memos on my iPhone.
How do I get the rest (or all) of the memos from my iPhone copied to my computer?

Correct. it does not magially appear in other places. It will only be where you put it.

Correct as well. Iphone will sync with one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content.
You need to copy everything ( itunes library/contacts/pics/calendars/files/docs) from the old computer, or your backup copy of the old one, to the new one. -
I have purcase several audio books via Itunes and they are on my computer however I have been unable to figure out how to transfer (sync??) them to my Ipod. Also I have receipts for several Itune audio books but they are not showing up on my purchased list. Help!!!

iTunes does not garentee to carry a book forever, a serious flaw. If you can't find the book in iTunes anymore and didn't keep it on the computer, or backed up, it may be gone.
To add audio books to the iPod;
you have to check the box at the bottom section of the Books screen that says, "sync audio books" -

You have to install the iCloud control panel for windows, then sign in with you apple ID, and check what you want to sync.

Bad idea.
Content bought with an Apple ID is forever associated with that Apple ID. Apple will not transfer content from one Apple ID to another and Apple will not merge Apple IDs. Unless you are prepared to forfeit all the previously purchased content and buy it all again with the new Apple ID, you will need to maintain the old ID to update and redownload your content. -
my old emails and documents are not showing up in email or finder both from the same date and I cannot find them anywhere. I do not believe I have any archive settings on. Any idea how I get them to show up?

I have created a email in Fireworks and wanted to make a line of text a hyperlink that would take the viewer to a page on my website. I want to attach the final document to my email and sending it out.
1) design for no wider than 600px (otherwise it may not fit in email clients).
2) Slice up your newsletter design in segments for images and html areas with the slice tool.
3) add the <a href="http://www.yourwebsite.com">my website</a> link in one of the html areas.
4) export as generic html 4 code, and put the images in a separate folder.
5) upload all the images to your website's server in a folder (you cannot embed images in an email newsletter - they must link to externally hosted images).
6) change all the links in your html page to the ones that were loaded up on your server. For example, an image's source link would work out similar to this: <img src="http://www.yourwebsite.com/newsletter/image1.jpg" alt="alternate description of your image">
7) open the newsletter with working external images in Chrome or Firefox. Select the entire page content (ctrl-a), and copy it (ctrl-c).
8) create a new email in your mail client. Place the cursor in the body. Paste the newsletter (ctrl-v).
9) send your newsletter to hundreds of recipients, and get blacklisted by several email servers. Receive warning messages from your own hosting provider not to spam other users' email accounts.
10) realize this is too much of a hassle, and instead opt for a service such as MailChimp.
(The result in (9) depends on whether you sent out your newletter only to acquaintances, or not. But even then you might be warned off.)
Btw, many email clients turn off images in an email by default. You must provide the most important content as html, not as images. -
I have a Google calendar that is syncing with my iPad and on my MacBook Air. However, the calendar items are not showing up when I access iCloud via the Internet. Any suggestions?
On the iPad tap Settings > iCloud
Toggle Documents & Data off then back on then restart your iPad.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
On the iMac open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Documents & Data then reselect it then restart your iMac. -
You've introduced TABS but I discovered by opening Yahoo and running a video that it continues when I open a new tab! Not good. Have I missed a setting or ??? This may be just the way it is but it somewhat defeats the ease of going to a often used web site using tabs.
So, you are meaning that if you have a video running in one tab, then go to another, the video continues to run? yes, that is normal behavior.
Tabs are basically having like multiple windows inside one main window. It is just as if you opened a video in a window, started it playing, then opened a new window, the video would still play.
Or am I misunderstanding your question?
