Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

I live in India.Earlier I was using my Debit Card to purchase apps from the App Store.But now I don't know what has happened,whenever I enter my debit card details,it is always declined.

Please help me !I believe apple no longer accepts debit cards in some countries. Try a credit card instead. Go to settings/iTunes and App Store tap on the ID then then tap on view apple ID and log in then tap on account info and have a look at the billing options available to you

I'm using the latest OS X, 10.8.5, on an iMac , 2.7GHz Intel Core i5. iTunes 11.6.
I've tried several formats, AIFF is the format that used to work.

Don't Know What to Do with This!
Finally got my TC to work to a degree, but not in the set up I wanted, but couldn't be bothered with the thing anymore after so many frustrating hours of trying.
My question is, the thing is so much hassle, why not just hook up an external HD and backup wirelessly to that through your computer, in the same way I Acronis the Windows pc's in our house? Seems much easier....

You can connect a USB hard drive to the Time Capsule's USB port and/or one to your computer and back up that way using either Time Machine or a backup program of your choice. -

I can't buy or download anything. It keeps whining that the data is wrong, both on iPhone and iPad. It's the right info but it keeps whining about "payment method declined" or something? I dunno, some say it fixes itself after a few days. But it's been like this for a few weeks now. :/

I bought my iPhone 4s in the Uk and then brought to Cyprus where I live. I used Siri to call my husband 2 days ago without problem but now when I try to use Siri it won't call any local Cypriot number but will call my Uk contacts. I can call the same numbers manually so it's not my network. Any help would be appreciated.
This sounds like an international issue? Although I can not see why? I brought my phone in Australia and operating it in Indonesia, I have the same issues.... Otherwise Siri works fine, even texting (SMS) to local numbers siri works well, but dialing local number it just wont work...! I will try using my Australian SIM card and see if that is the reason.. I tried changing the number in the contacts and took out the international prefix, I turned the international assist on and off still nothing.. How frustrating. I called apple, the technican had know idea and we to his supervisor, had to wait fro 40 miuntes and then I hung up..

The app has been deleted from everywhere !If the app is no longer in the store then you won't be able to redownload it. You don't have a copy of it in your computer's iTunes library or on your backup of your downloads/library so that you can sync it back to your phone ?

When trying to PDF a webpage into a PDF, it does not work, I go through all the steps as normal, and It does nothing. I can repeat my action, where instead of "printing" to adobe, it saves the file, which it doesn't save it at all. I can't even find the original in my work folder. I need to know how to stop this from happeing and get it back to the way it has been working he last 6 months since i purchased this program.

When you saw this dialog box, did you choose "Erase and Sync"?
If you did, your iPhone was erased, then your iTunes Library was transferred to it. If your iTunes Library was empty, your iPhone will be also.
Your previously purchased music, apps, books, and videos are still yours. You just have to download them again.

Hi, I have been trying to update many things on my 2009 white macbook. Everytime I do it tells me I need a different version. I don't know what versions I need or even where to begin or if I need to purchase new hardware? It says my version is 10.5.8. I have tried downloading 10.6 but not sure what to do. Everyone else seems to be updating there's and mine is way behind however it still tells me I have no software updates...Any suggestions?
You have to understand the difference between an Update and an Upgrade.
An Update is a free change to add to the base code or as a bug fix within an existing Operating System. Such as the .8 added to 10.5.
An Upgrade is a complete new Operating System that must be purchased. Such as 10.5 Leopard to 10.6 Snow Leopard.
10.5 Leopard was based on Power PC code and was written to be able to run on both Power PC and Intel processors.
10.6 Snow Leopard has completely rewritten code and only runs on Intel Macs.
10.7 Lion used some 32 bit which allows it to run on Late 2006 through Early 2008 MacBooks and a lot of 64 bit code.
10.8 Mountain Lion is pure 64 bit, which excludes more systems than Lion did. It's not something you can add memory to, for example, as it involves the base architecture. -

Is it the software update checking that you are talking about?
If its this can you just select 'Cancel' to stop it? or force quit?
It possible that the computer has lost its connection to the Apple servers and just needs to restart the process.
Or,
Is it a particular software update that you are running that has frozen up?
