I have the coldfusion builder3 60 day trial. I bought a license. Now when I try to install i am asked for my previous serial number.

You will need an external drive that is formatted as MAC OS EXTENDED (journaled).
Move the Project, Events, and any photos and music to the external drive by following the instructions in this post.

You may not be able to get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you, particularly if the problem was on their end preventing the movie from downloading in a reasonable time.

The option to update without the computer (Over the air) was made available with iOS 5. If your iDevice is using a version of iOS lower than 5, you will need to use iTunes on your syncing computer to perform the upgrade. Use the Apple link below as a guide for the upgrade.

I have the 60 day trial of .mac can I publish a web page, nothing is happen

I thought I could try the .mac account free for 60 days and get to publish my web page, it gives the directions but says I have nothing in my pictures. I do, and I've tried adding more but nothing is working. I think maybe I just can't do it unless I pay. Any ideas??

So that's why I said iDisk, apparently that is included in my .mac...( sorry I'm so slow, but this is still all just words to me at this point. )
Well, iDisk is not iWeb and will probably not get my web page created...right? And, I can't even get into iDisk because it keeps saying I have the wrong username and/or passcode and "that it will be sent in the clear" whatever that means. (Yikes for this much time lost it would be cheaper to pay someone. ) Anyhow, was that incorrect info??? and why can't I open my iDisk....and thirdly, any way to get a free trial of iWeb? since their is no way to create a site without it.

I just finished the 30 day trial and bought the monthly student membership but my programs are not updating and it still wont let me use them. How do I fix this?

I just finished with my 30 day trial and then purchased the monthly student membership. My payment went through but I am still not able to open my apps for creative cloud. I really need this fixed as I am in the middle of doing a school project. If anyone can help that would be great!

An "other" larger tha about 1 1/2 usually indicates that the "other" includes corrupted files.

This is presumably because you are running an earlier system than Lion. (Please always post your system when you have a question.)
The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.5 (Mavericks preferred): the iCloud Preference Pane does not appear on earlier systems - the MobileMe pane appears on Lion and earlier but is non non-functional - you cannot now open or access a MobileMe account.
To make use of iCloud you will have to upgrade your Mac to Lion or Mavericks, provided it meets the requirements.
The requirements for Lion are:
Mac computer with an Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor
2GB of memory
OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)

How do I get a Win serial number when I was sent a Mac code? I don't have a Mac...

I had purchased Captivate 8 on June 21. However, I received a Mac serial number on June 21, which is not recognized by my Win trial version of Captivate 8. I had called about this on Monday June 23, was passed through several fellows, and was told I'd get another serial number within 48 hours. I still have not received the correct serial number. Despite the "chat" listing 24 hour, 7 day support, it's apparent that it's only M-F.
