I am in the same boat. I tried repeatedly to contact iTunes support, but was told each time that I had contacted the wrong deaprtment and they could not help me. There must be a way to still be able to use the iTunes store without paying for a system update. If not, I hope they will reimburse me the money I have in my acount.

I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is what I have so far...I have uninstalled EVERYTHING on my pc from apple and reinstalled itunes to no avail. I have tried all sorts of things I've read as fixes online. NOTHING has worked. Here is something interesting that i have noticed though. my main pc (which is the one i have always managed my itunes account with for years) is a 32 bit system running windows 7. Yesterday I installed itunes for the first time on my new netbook which is a 64 bit (windows 7) system and it works just fine. i have three other laptops (all window 7) in my household that are all 64 bit operating systems and ALL have updated to 10.5 and THEY ALL work fine. this is FOUR 64 bit systems ALL updated w/10.5 that work and ONE that is a 32 bit that will not. Can't get any help from apple. their suppot *****! I want to get someone on the **** phone or a live chat but cant. *** APPLE????? please let mw know if you find SOMETHING i can try next. Pay no attention to iinami, the amount of replies to people saying their handsets must have been jailbroken everytime iTunes throws out an error is tremendous. (Clearly you don't need to have any real knowledge to get to level 3 on these forums, let's hope apple's geniuses know a lot more than some of their customers.)

It requires the full Retail version to get Loeopard/10.5, ($129), now there is a $29 Snow Leopard /10.6 Disc, but...

You have to call Apple & likely ask for a Product Specialist to get it, if they still have it! Helps to tell them you have an iPad/iPhone & you can't run 10.6.
There are workarounds if the 867MHz is the only hangup...

Using trial versions of Lightroom and Elements 11, th ecommand to "Edit in Photoshop Elements 11" succeeds in opening Photoshop but fails to open the image. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with PS Elements 13 trial version (fully updated), but sadly this solution doesn't work... there is no 'Support Files' folder, and nothing called 'Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor.app' anywhere else.

I have aperture 1. When I uploaded Snow Leopard I couldn't open Aperture.Do I have to purchase Aperture 3 or can I just purchase the latest download and have it work?

I have an I Mac and on it is Aperture one. i have all my photos on it. When I bought Snow Leopard, I could no longer use Aperture because it says i can't open it with Snow Leopard. Do I have to buy a brand new Aperture 3 or can i just download the most recent Aperture 3 download. You can just purchase Aperture 3. If you do this from the App Store it will cost you $80 US but this is still cheaper then buying the individual upgrades.
