I have the CA ISS security suite program - Can I install it on to my lap top using my Fire Fox?
I am interested in using my CA ISS security suite program on my Fire Fox. Do I uninstall my CA ISS security suite from the old Internet Explorer first and and then install it on my new Fire Fox? Thank you-I love the Fire Fox.

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 on my old lap top. How can I install it on my new lap top?
I already have Elements 8 installed on my old laptop. I got a new laptop and need to take it off my old computer and install it on my new one. Is this possible or do I need to buy a new program?
Deactivate and then unistall Elements 8 on your old laptop and install it on the new machine.

Autofill doesn't work after installing Security Suite program
Windows always auto filled for me until I installed the Security Suite program. Does anyone know how to fix it? I was thinking that the Secuirty Suite program is preventing it from working since that's when it stopped, but haven't been able to find out how to adjust it or what to turn off/turn on. Sorry if this has been asked before. I searched around but couldn't find this question anywhere.

Do you have the Privacy Manager enabled? If so, check the preferences for it and try unchecking AutoComplete entries under Internet Explorer Cleanup.

Why can't the finder in Mountain Lion 10.8.2 find files that have successfully downloaded, or that other programs can find?
This happens with maybe 1 out of 5 files. These are files that have either an ."aa" extention, or or are libraries that icloud can see, but finder can't.Files beginning with a period are invisible and library files are system files. Spotlight cannot find either unless configured to do so (btw, this is not a Finder issue but a Spotlight issue.)
Get Spotlight to search system files (and more)
Enter the search term in the Finder window's search field.
Click the [+] button in the search bar to add a search option.
In the first drop down menu choose Other.
Choose “System Files” from the list that pops up (and check the box to place in drop down menu to avoid this step later,) click on the OK button.
Now back in the Finder choose Include from the second drop down menu. -

I've tried to install AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client on my computer (Mac OS 10.6.8), I've never installed it before on this computer, however when I want to install i got the message
"Version 3.1.04063 of the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client is already installed"
I would be thankful if anyone could help me with this problem !!!Would I be correct in assuming that you are trying to do a manual install of the AnyConnect client when you get this error? Have you ever used this MAC to connect to an ASA and to establish a VPN? If so it is quite likely that AnyConnect was installed in that on line session and does not require a manual install.

I forgot the answers for security questions, how can I reset them and get the access back to the iTunes store?If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

Since I have the newest version of itunes, I can't back up like normally. The only way is to considilate files and then put them on an external drive which I don't have. Are there any other options? If I can't back up to a disc like I used to, can I instead just keep everything on my ipod and then if I have to get a new computer or something just download all my songs from the ipod to my new computer's itunes? Will that work? Will I still be able to keep all my songs that way?
I'm going to assume the consolidating files does not work due to hard drive space limitations.
Since you're moving to Windows 7, have you tried using the Windows files and settings transfer utility? That will move everything for you to the same location on the new computer, it also allows some control over what actually gets moved.
Alternatively, if you know the location of all of the media, it can be manually moved by copying it from the old computer to the new computer in the same location.
Also, using the Apple article on moving the library, take a slight twist on what it says. Move the iTunes library to the external drive, update the settings in iTunes to reflect the library being on the external drive, then consolodate it.
The options are endless for moving the library... it simply takes a little effort to make it happen and possibly a twist on existing "standard" methods depending on your unique situation. -
I have the 64bit version of itunes on windows 7. When I connect my iphone5 it says that I don't have the correct software and that I need to install itunes 64bit! And I can go no further! I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it makes no difference. I have no access to other computers so at the moment I don't have a backup for my iphone should anything go wrong.

It sounds like you have installed the 64 bit version of iTunes, but you continue to the get an error message that suggests to download the 64 bit version any time you connect your iPhone 5. I understand that you have already uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, but sometimes you may need to uninstall additional components related to iTunes to completely remove it from your system.
I recommend following the steps in this article to completely uninstall iTunes:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
