this smells like a puffer issue. There are some OSS notes out there, pls check them if they are applicable. Could you tell me your SAP version and hot package level (see under System --> Status) ?

I have the same problem. I've tried to restart my Ipad and downloaded the book again several times but nothing has changed. There aren't any reviews on the book with that problem and I've got the latest version of iBook so I don't know what else I can do to get the book which I've paid for. Hi on my IPad Desk top I have the following message:
"This iPad hasn't been backed up in 2 weeks> Backups happen when the iPad is plugged in, locked and connected to Wi-Fi. When I tap Ok nothing happens.
The slide to unlock doesn't work wither. Can you help, please?Basic troubleshooting is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Has any of this been tried?

i have just installed the latest update and the following message has come up. Text box - Unable to locate component. Message - the application failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.
I have tried reinstalling and it has not helped.
I have gone to uninstall what ever is installed on the computer but cannot find itunes in the program list but do not want to just delete all apple applications with out knowing what they are. So, how do i delete the existing itunes program on my compouter??

Thank you for the question. I see you have uninstalled, reinstalled and the error is persisting. Try one more time uninstalling all components of iTunes in the order specified of the article below. These steps must be processed in the order specified or the error will persist. Once this is done attempt to install iTunes again.

When I was trying to install the update to itunes I would get the following message "Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. I could "Abort" "Retry" or "Ignore" I tried all of them starting with retry first. Nothing worked. I then uninstalled Itunes and tried to reinstall and received the same message. Not sure how to take care of it so that I can use Itunes again.

I have an old iPhone 3Gs with software version 4.3.5, I am trying to use it again, and it works fine, but I have not been able to update the software. Every time I try, I get the following message:
"there was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone, the network connection could not be established". This happens even though I have a working internet connection.
Besides that, all the other functions work properly, even synchronize apps and library.

When I quit Photoshop CS6, the following message appears:

If I try to change the Workspace in PS6 from Essentials to any other Workspace, the following messsage appears:

I have checked the Sharing and Permissions section of the "Get Info" panel accessed from the Finder and I have set Read and Write Privileges for my user account for Photoshop CS6. System and Admin are also set to Read and Write.
I have a MacBook Pro with OS X Version 10.9.5 and have all available updates for Photoshop CS6, Lightroom 5 and Bridge CS6.
I tried uninstalling the program and downloading it again and reinstalling, but nothing changed.
Can you help?
