I cant use my ipod because its touchscreen doesnt respond, what can I do?
If the reset does not work, try restoring the iPod. First from backup and if problem persists restore to factory defaults/new iPod.
If still problem that inidates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have the new iPod Touch but I'm having trouble syncing videos to my PC.
I got the iPod Touch 5. I recorded some videos and plugged my iTouch into my PC. When I try to download it, it let's me, but it can't play it. It is making me so mad. Usually when you plug your iPod into your PC a folder should pop up. That folder holds all your photos and videos that you have taken or recorded. If you look through it enough, you can find that video you want, and drag it into the computer.

I just bought the new ipod touch, but when I try to sync it I get told to use the cloud and download from there. How do I sync it to my itunes so that I get all my songs without going through cloud? Otherwise if this isn't possible I am taking this back!

Why didn't apple include a radio feature on the new iPod touch but included it on the nano?
Apple should have built in a radio for the new iPod touch. If they do that then I will consider buying one but for now I'll just use my old iPod with the radio

I'm from Sydney, Australia and was just wondering if anyone in Australia has got the new iPod Touch and whether they it is in stores yet ?
I haven't heard anyone in Australia getting the update yet, for either country variants or operator-branded versions. It's an agonising wait no doubt about it, I don't see how difficult it would be to do the country variants at the same time as the generic ones, its not like we have to wait for an operator to approve it or anything like that.

I got an iPod touch as a Christmas gift to replace an old broken iPod Nano, and it's worked fine apart from this thing with the Albums. Certain Albums (Albums made up of individual songs by different artists) aren't properly grouping into a single Album, but instead turns each individual song into it's own Album unless the songs are by the same artist, this is really weird since the old Nano never had this issue. I'm not sure what causes this or how to fix it, I thought maybe turning off "Group by Album Artist" in settings would do the trick but that doesn't seem to have done anything. Basically I just want to get these songs properly grouped into a Single Album instead of as individual albums for each song and was curious if anyone knew how to do this.
I do apologize if this is confusing, I'm not really sure how to describe the problem.I feel your pain! I have the same exact problem. Have you gotten a solution yet?

Have the oldest ipod touch. . daughter forgot password to enable it. It's now been disabled for 22K minutes. I'm trying to reset as a new device, but iTunes is telling me it can't do anything w/it b/c it's "disabled". Does anyone know a way around this?

I have a new iPod Touch and am trying to download photos for the first time. Both iPhoto & Image Capture recognize the device but don't seem to recognize the photos, or at least I can't import them. Nothing happens when I click on anything in either.
If you manually open iPhoto do you not see the photos?

Yu are trying to impoort photos taken by or saved to the iPod, right? If the photos were synced to the iPod then iPhot does not work. -

The progress for some games will transfer since some games synce progress to a cental server. For other games you will have to have the backup of the old iPod.

If you have acces to the old iPod yu can make a backup by connecting the iPod to the computer and right click on the iPOd under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up. Then restore from that backup. -

Thanks.- You can only sync an iPod to one iTunes library/computer. You can however, manually manage music and videos among different libraries.
Go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.
