You can't. You will have to place the iPod in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

You need to return it to the seller and get your money back. You cannot reset or use the device with another AppleID installed unless you know the password for that ID.

I have my iPod since about a year, now I changed my computer, I already have all my documents in the new one, but when I try to sync my iPod with new computer its says that I need a password to use my iPod in Tunes, but it doesnt show a box to fill in or anything, I dont have the password, What should I do? I also dont want my apps to be erased.

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

I got a Windows wont start xc0000001. This means it cant be repaired (it fails). There are two drives set up as a RAID 1 pair.
Each has a small partition (defined as the X drive) that I was able to reinstall windows 7 on. This partition was originally used for the Windows reinstall files. There was sufficient space on the X drive to reinstall Windows 7.
However, the C: drive, where the installation was originally could not be repaired and so the small partition was used successfully.
Here's the problem. All the files that are in the "C:\Users\username" are not accessible in that it requires "Administrative privileges" which my new user account has. I have all
the passwords to the each user associated with those directories and all the sub-directories, but no way to input the passwords or username and passwords to access these files. How can I access these files/directories?
I want to copy them off the current drive (along with all the other directories like Program Files, etc.), reformat the drives (which show no errors in fdisk and other tests), reinstall Windows 7 again on C: and start to reuse the computer again.
I can access the drives thought the CMD Prompt if I insert the Windows Disk, I cannot

This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps. -
Reset admin password but can't unlock old keychain
I recently tried to install software for a new printer onto my old eMac. (Mac OS X Version 10.2.8, 640MB, 700MHz, Power PC G4). The printer installer needed my admin password for the eMac, which I'd forgotten. I booted the Emac up using the original install disc for Mac OS X and changed the password successfully (printer is working fine), but now there's 2 things:
1. every time I turn on the computer, it requires my password, even though I've checked the auto log box in System Preferences>System>Accounts
2. Entourage requests my password for my email account as well as my keychain password, which I don't remember because it was likely the same as the old password I also didn't remember.
I've tried deleting everything that was listed in the Keychain Access application,and restarting the computer but the access remains locked.
Any thoughts?I remembered the original password and now the keychain is unlocked and its not asking for username and password every time I turn on either.

I have a iphone 4s. I have the prompt that I have an update but when I search for the update it says "Unable to Check for Update" "An error occurred while checking for a software update". My daughter has the same phone and got the update just fine, but mine will not update. Help??
Are you trying to update the phone via wifi or the cellular data?

Need help finding a tutorial == I have the URL but can't get it to play
I am a beginner and watch lots of adobe lessons from members. I wrote down the URL of one of them and saved it in microsoft word then copied it to play back on youtube and it worked then but now youtube does not recognize the URL. My question is where am I to save the URL's of training videos from adobe membors so I can watch them again as I don't remember everythjing all at once.

SincereltyWhat you're doing is usually fine, but for cases where videos are moved/removed it sounds like you need to jot down the title / keywords / author's name and just use a search function.
I'd probably search the whole Internet rather than just YouTube, too. Lots of videos show up in more than one hosting service.

You have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your app data and settings. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.
