We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to Apple.
Have you tried closing the iTunes store app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works when you re-open the app, and/or tried a soft-reset of your iPad (press and hold both the home and sleep buttons for 10 to 15 seconds after which the Apple logo should appear) ?

Had CS4 on Power PC Mac (Non Intel) Now have new iMac and trying to install CS6 but won't accept serial number

Had CS4 on Power PC Mac (Non Intel) along with prior Photoshop versions. Now I have new iMac and trying to install CS6 but it won't accept my original serial number (Starts with PSW401, etc.).

I know what you are saying. I had purchased the CS5.5 upgrade, and a week later got the CS6 upgrade. I did this back in 2012. I had a old Mac Power PC which does not allow you to install CS5.5 or CS6 because it was not an intel processor. So even though I had the upgrades I never installed them. I waited until my old MAC died which it did this past weekend. And now that I have a new iMac I tried to install the new software. All of my past upgrades referenced my original Photoshop that was still resident on my old Mac. But since the install no longer has that reference because of the new computer, it will not accept any of my past serial numbers that it needs for the install.

Here’s what you need to do to turn on AirPlay Mirroring on your iPad 2:
– Have iOS 5 installed on your iPad 2
– Make sure your Apple TV software is up-to-date. You can check for updates on the Apple TV by going to Settings > General > Update Software.
– Have your TV turned with Apple TV active and showing.
– Double-tap the home button on the iPad to bring up the Multitasking Bar.
– Swipe to move to the left of the Multitasking Bar, so you can see the set of controls just to the left of the volume adjustment slider.
– The button just to the right of the Fast Forward button – the one that has a rectangle with a solid, upward-facing arrow in it – is the AirPlay button. Tap to switch from iPad to Apple TV.
– Once you do that you’ll see the Mirroring section appear just below the entry for Apple TV. Just tap to turn that On, and the iPad 2 will immediately begin mirroring to your TV screen.

When you talk about an account, do you mean an Adobe account? If so, what are you trying to download?

Can anyone help me restore an ipod itouch ,tried restore on itunes but it fails everytime the error code says it's a conection problem i have 2 computers and tried all usb ports but keephaving the same problem ,even bought a new connection cable

Went to update the ipod touch and it wiped out everything , Itunes keeps trying to restore it but fails everytime giving me an error that it cannot see my ipod yet it sees it and tries to restore it everytime i connect the ipod to the pc , the help file suggested i reinstall the latest version of I tunes so i did i tried using different ports on 2 computers and also bought a new connection cable but still won't restore can anyone help?

When you delete photo in 8.x it puts them in a deleted folder, it lets them in there for 30 days. You need to delete the photos / videos in the delete folder ( may have different name. )

I have uninstalled Flash, and tried many different suggestions, but Firefox still crashes every few minutes. WHY? Check crash reports for najibul.huq@

There are hundreds of Crash reports with my email address on it. I don't know what is causing it. There is no indication and help anywhere that has indicated it. Flash seemed to be problematic, so I tried uninstalling flash completely and using WITHOUT flash - still the same.
I have uninstalled FF and re-installed it with new file from getfirefox.com - still the exact same.
Is there anyone who can tell me what to do? Please review my crash reports under my email address, and advise what I can do. My last few crash IDs:

I restarted in Safe Mode, but it crashed again in 2 minutes. Can you decipher the Crash report? Because I don't understand anything from it. No way to figure what is exactly causing it.... When I download an app, it loads under my brothers account. Even though I am logged in to my iTunes account. I have deleted it and tried to reinstall but it only loads his game. How do I download a brand new game?

We have the game downlaoded under one account, I tried to dowload it under my account and its the same game. Its my brothers game on my phone. I am logged into my account but its always his game.

You can search within your music folder on your pc, or within documents folder for a music folder.
In any case, you would need to sync with itunes

If the music was purchased from the itunes store, you can also download it directly from there to the ipad.

Want finder to have effects same as widget add remove

I am strangely impressed with the ripple look when widgets are added and like the cute way they disappear to where they have been clicked.
Is there a way to have this same effect available for some types of Finder window actions?

I just wanted to add that the effect is a lot like the cloak/de-cloak of puddlejumpers in StarGate Atlantis.

Getting an Error Message on PS Elements 13 when entering correct serial number. How do I get Adobe to help me? I have sent emails and tried to chat over the past month, with no response.

I purchased Photoshop Elements and registered it on November 1, 2014 with a Windows 7 machine. A couple weeks later, I decided to jump to a Mac, and have tried to enter the serial number for PS Elements 13 on the Mac. I get an error message that it is an incorrect serial number. It is the same serial number used with the Win 7 machine, and the same that shows on my Adobe.com profile. I thought I had to transfer the license from Win to Mac, so I emailed asking for help. No response. A couple weeks ago, I tried the Chat function. It was assigned a number, but Chat was unavailable and no one responded. Just tried Chat again, which says it is available 24/7, and it is unavailable. What can I do short of buying a new license, which I will not do.
