I have three identical templates. I need to delete two of them. Any idea how I do this please?
I feel so silly but I'm trying to delete templates and have no idea how to and there doesn't seem to be an obvious solution. Please help if you know how. Thank you!
Deleting files is a task dedicated to the Finder.
Navigate to the folder containing the file. If it's really a custom template, AnaMusic gave the correct standard location.
My own practice is :
select the icon of the unwanted file
press : command + delete (⃪)

I recommend starting with a soft reset (pressing both home and power button until you see the apple then let go of the buttons) once you back on the home screen if you iPad still doing the same thing you may want to try a back up and restore

I have music in the cloud but only plays one at a time, anyone have any idea how to solve this please?

You may have t opurchase one. Some only do a limited number of transfers without paying.
- Make a backup of yur iPod by connecting the iPod to the computer and right clicking on the iPod under devices in iTunes and selecing Backup.
- Restore the iPod from that backup. -
I have tried looking on the internet for advice on deleting videos from my iphone 4s camera (not downloaded videos) that I have taken myself, and have not found a way to do this. I have synced with iTunes but this has then downloaded a load more photos and videos onto my iPhone (which I did not want). Help I need to get rid of all these on my iPhone.
Videos and photos taken with the iPhone are stored in the Camera Roll in the photos app. In the Photoe app find the Camera Roll and use the screen that has all the small thumbnails of photos and videos. Tap on Select at the top of the screen, select the videos to be deleted, tap on Trash.
To delete photos and videos copied to the iPhone by syncing with your computer you need to do another sync. But before clicking on Sync or Apply go to the Photos tab in iTunes on your computer and deselect the unwanted albums. When you finally click on sync or Apply the deselected albums will be deleted from your iPhone but they will remain on your computer. -

Have you tried resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Next connect it to your computer and try to restore the iPod via iTunes on your computer. -
I can't figure out what is talking up space on the memory.
Make sure all of the files actually are deleted from the hard disk and that the trash is emptied.

need lightroom 4.4 asmac is 10.6.8 and not compatible with anything higher. Does this come with the creative cloud? Would really like a disc but that doesn't seem to happen anymore. No; but then, I've not had occasion to use TDM. I've been using firerwire drives for over 10 years, both FW400 and FW800, with no issues except a bit of instability using a B&W G3 machine.
TDM should be safe. Using cautious, manual copying of files from the Target machine to the Host machine should not result in unexpected loss of files or damage to the Target drive's directories. It should behave exactly the same as if it were an external (to the Host) firewire drive.

Hi I have mac os x 10.6.6 and need to update however keep getting the message " software update server ( 172.22.13.4 ) is not responding". My internet connections are all working. Any ideas how to solve this?
If you have enough room on the boot drive, head to System Preferences > Accounts and create another Admin Account, log out and into it and try your Software Update again.
If this doesn't work, connect a Ethernet cable to the router or modem (power off/on) and try again.

YOu need to be clear about the products you are using, so we can help you. In particular there is no trial of Adobe Reader, it is free and keeps running. Sounds like you are using some versions of Acrobat - which?
YOu must properly uninstall the trial, don't just delete files or you may get a mess impossible to recover. -
Hello, I have transferred my Acrobat XI Pro from old MAC to the new one. After the transfer can not open any PDF file. Any idea how to solve this?

Could you please specify how exactly did you transfer Acrobat from one MAC to other.
You might need to deactivate the software from your old machine and then activate it on the new one with the same serial number (for Acrobat license) or Adobe credentials (for Acrobat subscription).
If you have done the same way, then let me know if you are able to open Acrobat itself.
Do you get any specific error message while opening a PDF?

having a problem with dates when I send my numbers doc to excel. dates are all out and that they have to cut and paste individual entries onto their spreadsheet. Any idea how I can prevent this.

M…oSoft products aren't allowed on my machines but I use LibreOffice which is a clone of Office.
When I export from Numbers to Excel and open the result with LibreOffice, the dates are correctly treated.
To be precise, dates after 01/01/1904 are correctly treated. dates before 01/01/1904 are exported as strings but, as it's flagged during the export process, it's not surprising.

When I enable WI-FI on my iphone4 and connect to my network I do not receive emails from my AOL account, however, I receive emails from my corporate outlook exchange account. When WI-FI is disabled I receive emails from each account. Any ideas how to correct this? Thanks in advance.
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
*Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
*In the Firefox options window click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select "General".
*In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
*Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:
