Bad service HP with license code windows 8
I have bought a all in one 23 F210ED in august last year.
I never changed anything in it.
Now i get when i install the recovery from HP, that i am not activated ?
I called HP for it, and everytime they will call me back, what they do not do.
So i to call HP myself several times it costs me 0,10 euro cent per minute the amounbt is now already over 30 euro !
And every time they have to ask another collague abou it, pleae wait etc.
And finally because HP was not calling back everytime what they promised , with a solution.
I called Microsoft myself and they said . HP is using a oem version of windows 8, they have to make it work.
But after pushing from my side, they did the activation by phone.
And i have now a contact person with MS that will do that for me when i call him.
But this is not the way normally he said.
HP has to get the solution to this problem.
Like a new key.
But you allready understand i do not get a new key from HP.
Because they blame it on MS.
So now my money is gone, and i still have to call MS to activate it.
Custumer service finally called me on the phone after a letter i wrote to HP Netherlands.
And pointed me out to the warranty rules.
Yeah right.
Bad bad service from HP.
For me never again HP.I have received an email,
but i see nothing else then this ?

Is it against terms and services to run a private file server to access files at school?
Hi guys. I'm looking to set up a server in my home for accessing my files at school. Would this be against terms and services if I were to set up port fowarding to my server and used a DNS server to have a url like
http://www.example.com/
as long as I wasn't bringing in ridiculous amounts of traffic (which I won't)
Also, Verizon assigns static IPs, right?for personal use, it would be fine. but if it is publicly accessible. meaning that it can be found by searching the internet. then it would be against the TOS for residential accts
Static IP's are only available for business accts. not residential. And it is expensive. Last I heard a static IP starts somewhere around $150 per month.

ThanksThe iPad will be $329 AUD if replaced via postage service or $309 AUD if replaced at an Apple Store. Yes they will give you the replacement and take your old iPad so I would suggest if you can back it up to iTunes so that you can restore the back up to the replacement.

First, locate the key on your computer keyboard that has something like "caps lock" printed on it. Press that. Look better now?
Second, I don't know if there is any way for you to get out of paying Sprint but I totally agree with you about their lousy data network and coverage areas. Unless you happen to live in a large metropolitan area, or are fortunate enough to live close to one of their (few?) towers, good luck getting a signal. We gave up on Sprint years ago and went with Verizon Wireless. Lord knows we pay Verizon enough every month, but the service is great. Just recalling how life was when we were with Sprint makes it easier for me to pay that Verizon bill every month. Not to mention that I just got a 32GB Apple iPhone 4S in white, and it is without a doubt the most awesome phone I have ever owned or used.

iOS 6 came out a couple of days ago, so Apple's servers have probably been busy as a result of people downloading it

Can a bad service/signal effect battery life?
The last few weeks I have been getting bad service from Sprint. It varies from low signal on the edge (o) network, romaining (Extended) , and sometimes nothing. Will this effect the life of the battery of my phone? It seems to have drained it very quickly the last few days.
Yes. The phone constantly searching for signal will cause the radio in the phone to be working harder. This in turn will cause the battery to drain faster.

Not sure what to do. I've tried a system restore on my computer after the update in hopes of undoing the problem, that didn't work. I've tried to install, the new version of itunes for over two days now and I get to the point where it says "starting services" and it almost get's done and then it gives me that message " Service apple mobile device (apple mobile device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privledges to start system services." Then it gives me three options to click on "abort", "retry" or "ignore". I've tried to retry over and over and it does no good, I just get the same message. I've tried ignore and the one time it did finish installing itunes, it didn't work, I got error messages telling me that it failed to download properly and I needed to delete the program and download it again. I thought maybe it had something to do with my ipod not being pluged into the computer so I pluged that it and it's still giving me the same message. I just don't know what to do. I'm very frustrated and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I'm completely out of ideas.

Each database server in SAP will have one DBMS only. You can navigate from sap ABAP easy access screen through the menu System--> Status
Besides the navigate there will be yellow arrow mark [ System: Kernel information]. Here you will get the details of your dbms, kernel release and other related details.

ON my PC, I attempted to download the update to itunes. It gave me an error message that I wasn't able to do that (and I don't recall the exact words) but telling me to delete the old itunes and download the new update, so I did. But now when I try to update the new itunes, I keep getting this message: Apple Mobile Device failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services! It won't allow me to go any further! How do I fix this? What is the problem?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

Ihave tried everything that Apple has asked and it keeps giving me the same message. First I get this message

I have deleted everything itunes/apple on the laptop, i am the administrator and created another account on my computer that was administrator and i have ran the fix it tool, and have reinstalled apple itunes and still get the messages. i have deleted all virus protectors, took my firewall down. and still same errors. i just got an iphone 4 with no music and I cannot afford to pay for my music when i can just put it on there.

You have to remove all the apple stuff in a particular order then reinstall/dowmload i tunes again it worked for me, a pain yes! But I now have Outlook loading issues so if anyone knows what that problem is and how to solve it please let me know
