I have to contact customer support to remove a fraking credit card?!?!?!?!!
good lord do i hate itunes. i'm just trying to buy a gift certificate that i can print and 3 freaking hours later it's just not going to happen. First i had to install itunes on my parents computer, but no where does it say that's necessary. Then once that's finally done and i sign for an itunes account it says my apple ID is not eligibale. you have got to be kidding me? now, if i try to change the payment option, even to 'none' i'm told i have to contact customer support for the change to be accepted? i can't even remove a credit card!?!!!?!? how the **** can that be? and of course the customer support line isn't open for the holidays. my god, i hate itunes. i hate apple. and suddenly i hate christmas. they suck, suck, suck, suck, suck, suck, suck, suck.
how difficult is it to let me give them money and they send me a code that i can give to someone else to redeem for money? any freaking mom n' pop online store could do that.
so much hate for apple right now. so much hate.
I'm clicking payment option 'none', then 'done'. you would think that would do it, but apple seems to think i need to contact customer support.
and really, it's 3am on christmas, my local iTunes store is closed. but thanks a bunch peaches, you're swell.

sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
But as much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

I have downloaded AI Trial but on launching I am getting a Configuration Error which reads '

Try the following Steps:
open activity monitor and close all Adobe related applications
navigate to: /Library/Application support/Adobe
In that directory you will see a folder named OOBE - Rename that folder to OOBEold
Navigate to: MAC HD /Application/Utilities directory
In there you will see a folder called "Adobe Application Manager" - delete it

I need to contact Adobe in order to cancel my renewed membership. Membership was renewed on Nov the 6th. According to Adobe's policy I can get full refund within a month (which I guess counts since date of renewal). BUT I CAN'T CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Moreover the monthly cost of renewed subscription is $42 plus taxes, while last year it was $30 plus taxes. Meanwhile on Adobe's webpage there is an offer going on for a monthly $30 plus taxes for new subscriptions!!!
