I have to delete trash in Mail several times before it is removed.

Sometimes when I bounce unsolicited mail and other times when I try to delete mail in the trash.

Even though you are past the 14 day limit, if it were me, I'd take the Mac back and explain what's going on. Your Mac should work out of the box.

It is quite possible to have a different iCLoud AppleID from the iTunes one - have you set up maybe Phot Stream using an non-iTunes AppleID?

When I try to play a flash video (like youtube) i have to click a flash button several times before it works. Why do flash videos not recogonize any clicks without several tries first?

When I try to go to a flash video, the video player never seems to recognize my mouse clicks without several tries.
It's hard to explain but if I'm at a youtube video and i place my cursor over the button that lets you skip around the video, the cursor will alternate being a cursor (like its not recognized) and a hand like its supposed to. It's sort of keeps flickering between the two if I move the mouse around on that little skip button.
I tried uninstalling firefox but it didn't make a difference. I noticed it after updating to the newer firefoxe updates. This does not happen under IE.

Is there a way to avoid having to sign in to iTunes several times before gaining access ?

I am frustrated by the fact that I now have to sign in to iTunes several times before it opens. This used not to be the case.
I use both 1Password and Dashlane as password managers,and am slowly learning how to use them. Is there a way to program one of these managers to quickly sign in to iTunes,preventing the need for multiple sign-ins ?
Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

I have exactly the same problem! I have Outlook 2010 and it does the same thing with my contacts, and calender enteries!! Really frustrating

If the setting is greyed out perhaps you have restrictions enabled that would prevent someone from changing accounts. Settings>General>Restrictions>Allow Changes>Accounts.

The external DVD/CD Writer will Not appear on your desktop when you attach it to your iMac. It will appear in "Finder", which is in your Dock.
