I got the same problem. I took it to True Thailand (Service provider) and they agreed it was a hardware fault. However they found a small scratch on the glass and said the phone was broken!! and therefore not covered by warranty. Replacement is therefore 8 800 THB (300 USD). I dont want to pay additional 300 USD for an already expensive phone 8 month after I bought it. I am sort of stuck, because the Apple shop is unhelpful and say it is the providers responsibility. What to do? Is Apple getting too big for it to care about the customers??

Try each of the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore the iPOd from backup
- Restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPOd.
If still a problem you likely have a hardware problem. An appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store would be in order. If the iPod is within warranty you can call AppleCare.

I have to press F11 to get the Send button to show on Office 365 since their upgrade. Any work arounds besides pressing f11

The send button used to show up on Outlook 365. Now I have to press f11 to get the send button to show up. This is a new problem, it used to work until about a week ago.

I think Outlook 365 had an update. When I open Outlook in Explorer, and click reply to a message, the Send, Discard, Insert buttons appear like normal. However, when I click reply in Firefox, the buttons scroll up and aren't visible until I press f11 to see them. It just started doing this.

At random times, the home button and power button doesn't turn on the phone

Okay so, I got an brand new iPhone 5 last December.
Now, it has been acting weird for the past month or so.
At random times, the phone doesn't respond when I press the home button or sleep button when it is at sleep. The phone finally responds after a minute by getting to the lock screen. The phone IS on. The home button and sleep button do work..The only time it sometimes doesn't respond is when it is at sleep.
If I'm listening to music, it also stops the music and the phone doesn't respond as mentioned before.
Could someone tell me what is happening?
Anyone have any similar cases of this problem?

Try this and see if it clears things up:
Hold down the Home and Sleep buttons down simultaneously until you see the white Apple logo. Ignore the shut down prompt. This is a hard reset and most of the time clears up weird things like this.
If that doesn't work, try restoring your phone in iTunes. There is likely something corrupt in the OS that just needs to be reset.

I have an S5 Active and sometimes the home button sticks and registers as a long press which brings up Firefox search instead of going to the home screen. The icons wiggle and show the x but they will not delete when I press the X. Also the home button will not cancel the action.

Try doing a hard reset: Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/wake button simultaneously for about 15 seconds and release when the Apple logo appears.
After this, try again to delete the app.
If that doesn't solve the issue, you could also try backing up the device and restoring the device as new.

NB: set up as a NEW device because a software issue will be in the backup. If the issue persists after restoring as new, you should offer the device for service.

So when you triple tap the home button then it goes to negative colors, it is simple to go back. All you have to do is triple tab the home button again and it will go back if it doesnt then, go to Settings>General>Accessibility>And then switch off Invert Colors

If you are playing in hockey arenas a lot or if you are bringing it into bathroom same time as shower it may not seem like much but overtime the steam can acquire and build up in the phones usb dock flex cable swell as the home button flex cable. Bring again into apple store and should be covered under warranty again. could also be a delay in a 8gb 5c software may just be very lag.

I have done that several times. In fact, every time I call Verizon with my phone problems, they have me do the same things repeatedly. I keep telling them I have already done them but they insist they are SURE it will work this time. It never does. Yes, it's a hassle to zoom every single site manually. You can "zoom" all sites using this add-on: [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2592/ NoSquint]. After setting your Global zoom level, you can still fine-tune the zoom on individual sites.
After installing NoSquint, click the % on the Add-on Bar to call up site preferences, then click the Global Settings button, then the Zooming tab.
If you don't have the Add-on Bar displayed, you can right-click the new tab button ("+") or a blank area of the tab bar to the right of it and choose Add-on Bar from the shortcut menu.
You can experiment with sizes larger than 125%, but I wouldn't go much higher than 150% unless you have a large high-resolution monitor.
