i have had to restart the nano after i wake up in the morning and i know it goes into "sleep mode" but i have to press menu and center button(restart it) every time it "sleeps" WAKE UP!!! lol

As I asked in my subject line, Is it normal for it to be at 96-98% after being shutoff for a night?
It does go to a FULL CHARGE after being on for 10 or 15 minutes.
I had one ither tablet that did something like this, And I was just wanting to make sure it was normal for this one as well.

If that is what you mean by the First Option?
I know that it has to be shutting off at least from the Factory, Or the battery would've been completely drained when I took it out of the box, At that time it was at like 80%
But I know that is normal when first coming out of the box.
Now I just thought of something.
I have shut it off with it still plugged into the Power Pack although it's not getting power through an outlet at the time because I have it on a cart.

MacBook Pro won't start after being off for two months
I had to store my MacBook Pro for two months while I was traveling and shut it down completely. Ow that I am back it won't start up. Figuring the battery was flat, I plugged it in. No light came on the power cord and I wasn't able to start up the computer. I bought a new power adapter...still nothing. I have tried the SMC reset. No luck.. Any ideas?

My HP-HDX-18-1200 has a cooling fan making noise on startup after being off for overnight.
I don't have any documentation which shows how to open up the unit and change that fan. If documentation is availble please either post the pdf or send to me please.
I can change the fan, as I have been building PC for 20 years.

Iphone 4s is not working well after turning off for a night
I turn off my Iphone 4s off last night, and this morning when I turn it back on, it sent me a warrning and said something web manage is changing, do I want to change the cell phone service, something like that. I press no, then my Iphone started acting weired. I have 3G and WIFI now, but I am not able to use internet, cannot log into Icloud, when I type in my password on Find My Friends app, it said that the password is not correct, but I used the password to log into the Apple page, and it works. I turn it off and on, sometimes I saw 310-410 instead of AT&T on my left top screen. What happened and what should I do to fix it?
Try resetting it:
Press the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release. -

All you need to do is wait. While Firefox appears closed, it's not. It doing house cleaning. Cleaning out cookies and cache. How long it takes depends upon how much garbage you have collected.
If you start the Task Manager and open the Process window, you will be able to see when Firefox has finished up and closed down.
If you forced Firefox to close using the task manager, then the house keeping process seems to freeze up.
Also, as you've already found out from the above link, some programs and plugins will prevent Firefox from closing properly. I've found this less common then simply being in a hurry. But you need to also consider it. -

Ipad 2 upgraded to iOS 8.0.2 and the cellular signal doesn't work. Have to restart the unit to work with cellular signal. After a while it goes off and no service indication appears.
iPad 2, Since upgrading to iOS 8.0.2 the cellular signal indicates I do not have a SIM card. Monday spent hours on the phone with Apple support, backed up my iPad, reset all settings, reloaded my iPad and it still tells me I don't have a SIM card. Tuesday went to AT&T and got a new SIM card on the advice of apple support. It worked perfect until this morning and the NO SIM CARD notice reappeared. Never ever had any problem until the upgrade. I find it inexcusable that Apple refuses to address the issues they caused, iOS 8.0.2 is the Ebola of iPad 2 world. I dont have any cellular service after wasting two days trying to address and fix a problem Apple is responsible for. It's obvious Steve Jobs is no longer running the company. Furious & fustrated. How does Apple expect anyone who uses an iPad 2 for work, to remain a customer who will return to their products?

Several problems with Mountain Lion, APP STORE (login/logout error), WIFI(802.11n for 802.11g), MAIL (horrible)... Apple, what is happening?Do a factory reset .. nothing will be deleted from your backups and you will be able to get access to them again.
The Factory Reset Gen1-4.
Unplug your TC. Hold in reset. and power the TC back on.. without releasing reset for about 10sec. When the status light flashes rapidly; release it.
Be Gentle! Feel the switch click on. It has a positive feel.. add no more pressure after that.
TC will reboot after a couple of minutes with default factory settings and will wipe out previous configurations.
No files are deleted on the hard disk.. No reset of the TC deletes files.. to do that you use erase from the airport utility. -
There are no more details really. I go to open Firefox (when it is closed) asd it gives me the above message - so I have to restart the machine to open Firefox!

Not being computer literate I cannot tell whether or not you can get around the 'lock/unlock' problem! What I need is an easy 'fix' but there does not appear to be one!!

Does it happen on all desktops applications as well as Modern UI Apps? Since this issue only happened recently, I suspect a newly-installed third party program causes this issue, please check these programs if possible.

Each time I get a new voicemail message, I have to restart the phone.
I receive alert on home screen stating missed call & voicemail. In voicemail, the new message has a filled in blue circle at start of message (on the left). When I press on entry, a blue "play" symbols appears in place of the blue circle and the the green call back and red delete buttons are lit. However when I press the entry, nothing! I have to restart the phone, wait for the message to come thru again. At this point, The "play" symbol is in front of the message, I press on it, the pause symbol appears while message plays. I have to do this for each voicemail that comes through. Anyone know what needs to be done to fix it? (P.S. previous messages in the list play fine before the restart, this gremlin affects the new messages only)

Firefox doesn't accept some sites and IT'S FREEZING sometimes and you can't write anything or click anywhere...reaaly disaponting, I have to restart it and after a while same thing, I can't close any tab only by options close tab so you can't use Command Q or Command R for reloading...GRRRRRrrrr, hate this
