I have too many adobe id's. It is creating problems on my e-reader. Does someone know how to help me?
my e-reader keeps formating on start up and I have to re-install all apps. When I put in overdrive, it asks for adobe sign in and now won't accept it. Does anyone know how to help me?

I am unable to get my iPhone 4S to connect to any wifi connection, I have reset my phone as well as visitedn my cellular provider without success. Does anyone know how I could possibly get my phone to connect to wifi?

This is very disappointing from The Carphone Warehouse. If they had mentioned this when I went into their stores, I wouldn't have completed the purchases. I bought two phones at separate outlets and neither of them told me this.
I have been in contact with T-Mobile already as I thought they had sneakily applied a software update that locked the phone. They have denied locking it and suggest that it is something that Apple do. Their solution was a factory reset.
I have a call logged with Apple this afternoon, so will see what they suggest. Hopefully they will give me something that I can take to The Carphone Warehouse or T-Mobile. -
I need to reinstall my Final Cut Express. I have a version of 3.5 and then an upgrade to 4. Somehow I have managed to mislay the serial No for 3.5 so cannot install. Does anyone know how I can resolve this.
If version 4 is an upgrade only, you will have to have the serial number of the 3.5 full version.
If you can't find it try contacting Apple with your proff of purchase, they may be able to help.

I have an Ipad, I activated the time capsule with no issues. I added the airport Utility application without issue. However, I do not know how to access the hard drive with either my Windows computer or the Ipad. Does someone know how?
On windows load the airport utility .. latest correct version as possible.. there is no windows 8 but win7 works after a fashion.
Make sure the TC is using SMB compatible names.. short no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
Type the name directly into windows explorer.
\\TCname or \\TCIPaddress
If no luck turn off all the firewalls.. internal windows plus security software plus whatever other gargyoles and other rubbish AV software you have running.
Ensure windows is able to at least ping the TC by IP address and name..
Use the utility in windows to set file sharing to guest account on with full read and write access.. and set workgroup to WORKGROUP. -
Want to play tv shows purchased on iPad on Apple tv. When I touch icon for apple tv and choose "apple tv" it asks for an apple tv password. We have never set up any password and can't get past this screen. Does anyone know how to find this password?
You can remove the Airplay password from the Settings menu on your AppleTV.

I have a late 2011 Macbook and whenever I open any application it opens only the top menu bar and no viewer windows.I always have to click cmd n to open new windows and it is quite annoying.Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thx

when you open the app store scroll down to the bottom it will display the apple id currently in use, change it to your normal apple id email

i was having problems with my songs skipping ahead so i converted them all to MP3 and this resolved it. when i synced my library with ipod and iphone my playlists disappeared. the playlist title was there but no songs. i then tried to fix this and in the process messed up my library completely where i have all kinds of duplicates now . help!!

Close iTunes
Go to Start
Click computer or my computer
Click C:\
Click Users
Click your account
Click your music
Click itunes folder
Drag the iTunes library.xml and iTunes library.lib files to desktop
Reopen iTunes - it should be empty
Click File>add folder to library> Locate your music folder- choose and should be corrected - unless you have duplcated music in your folder as well -
If i synchronise one book there is no problem,
when I sinchronise more books then chapters from diffrent books stand togheter.
In I-tunes the books are not mixed.
In my ipod classic the books are mixed.
I use the latest version from i-tunes
I work with windows vista pro NLThe easiest thing to do is to make a playlist for each book. I have about ten audiobooks on my iPod and have the same problem with everything being put together in one long list. The iPod does not treat each book as it does an album by grouping each audiobook in one folder, it just lumps them all together in one long list.

I'm wondering if anyone can help, i can hear the audio and on my TV it says Internet Radio. When i hit the icon for Apple TV, it is selected, but still no Video. I'm trying to air play from my iPad Directv App so i can watch the game on a big screen.
Thanks!!!!Apple says they are aware and working on it. The Sound is "not" lost and may be retrievable after their fix. It is an iMovie problem. It may take a while as they are preoccupied with the new "Mountain Lion" release. In the meantime I am saving my movies on my MacBook. If you can record your sound with a setting other them FPEG 2 that may help. I can't, so I am stuck. Big trip to NWT in late August so I am holding my breath. Hope they are faster than fixing the Numbers upload to iCloud.

My ipod touch 4g keeps telling me that I have too many photos and videos and will not let me download apps. I have deleted all the photos and videos and some of my old apps but it keeps telling me the same message. I have tried to sync it with the pc and I have turned it on and off and I have reset it but nothing has worked. Please help! Thank you

Have you tried resetting the iPOd?

Why does it keep telling me I have too many tabs open even if I only have one or 2?
When I am online, several times a day it will not open a new tab and pop up a screen that tells me I have too many tabs open and gives me the option to let it close them or I can close them. But I may only have 1 tab open, sometimes more than that but it doesn't seem to matter how many. I can shut down my computer and bring it back up and it will work ok for a little while and then all of a sudden when I go to open a new tab it does it all over again. I am using mozilla and vista.

When I want to return to my home page after looking at a website I click on the home icon and it resets the page to my home page but also open a blak tab which i don't want.How can I stop this as I have too many tabs open and have to close all of them.
You may have an unwanted extension that is modifying sites (or the toolbar area). Try this:
Disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Does that flush the tab?
Please report back on anything suspicious you find so others can learn about its bad behavior.
