I have tried everything that has been suggested and even deleted and downloaded Firefox again and it will not open. Any ideas on how to get it to open?

I have been trying to get Firefox to open up and everytime I double click on the icon nothing happens. I have gone to the task manager and deleted it from the process list and tried again and still will not open. I have even tried deleting the program and downloading it again and it still will not open.

What was the full wording of the error message? Usually there is also a number or additional information.
Try placing the iPod in Recovery Mode and then restore
Next try DFU mode and restore.

The pdf is loading as html code. If you save it, it will download as :

Change the extension to .pdf

My ipod syncs but will not show anything or play any music or videos.I have tried everything possible,rebooting the ipod reinstalling itunes but no matter what I try it will not show music or videos on my device,it keeps telling me it is empty.Help!

Ok my ipod touch syncs but not properly,I see a little icon on both itunes and the ipod rolling,itunes shows me that I have less memory available on my ipod after I sync which coresponds well in terms of memory with the ammount of songs I am loading to the ipod but I never see what I think I should see when I sync which is "do not disconnect......". No. That is a software switch, and could only be activated/deactivated from the screen. Put the ipod touch in recovery mode and then restored it, setting it up as a new Ipod, rather than restoring from the backup. Given how much trouble I'd had, I suspected that the backup might be corrupted anyway.
That seems to have resolved everything completely.

turn your ipad off by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds and slide to turn off then turn it back on and the apps should be finished and if the apps didnt finish just redownload them

Ok I think it's a problem with my router. I went to my cousin's house and the Wi-Fi worked there perfectly. I was even able to download many apps. So I guess my router probably can't take in more connections. Oh well thanks anyway.

If I were you I would call Apple Customer Relations (800) 767-2775. Tell them exactly what you stated in your post in a polite way. See what they can do for you.

What cloud service or contact manager was she syncing them to? They should still be there and she should be able to sync them back. If she was not doing so, they are gone.
