What website do I go to in order to download a file from PDF to Word? I have an existing account and was able to do this successfully a few weeks ago. I just can't remember where I went to do this. When I clicked on my Adobe icon I got the advertisement to order the conversion package (which I already did, when I was able to do the conversion before). My subscription is for one year, and I just got it last month.

After logging in to my account at adobe, I should have an option to convert a PDF to excel or word. I am not able to get there. Any 3 or 4 step that any one guide me to?
To use the online service you must upload the file to the service's web site after sign in to your account.
The ExportPDF and the PDF Pack Services provide for PDF to Word / Excel.
Each has its own dedicated user-2-user forum where you'll want to browse and ask questions.

I have tried to get a magazine subscription D/L on my IPAD without success for almost a year now. I called the mag company and they had some tech difficulties but I have never received my subscription. I asked for my $19.99 back they told me to contact Itunes. How do you do that?? Itune sent me email today asking to renew subscription period for another year. How do I tell them that I am not getting this subscription. Can anyone give me some advice please?

repeating error message reads: "valid apple id but not icloud account." when trying to start my icloud account. I tried downloading on a different computer and logging in and it did not work. I have restarted my computer several times. I have changed my password several times. I have tried to access the icloud page. Nothing has worked. Now I have this stupid app and some of my music is still not being shared on both of my computers.

I am changing laptops and have tried to download and install Acrobat 9 Standard from the Adobe website, but get message that my serial number is invalid. I log in and double check my account and it shows as a valid serial number. Now what?
If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine. YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.

i have tried to update the iPhoto in an iMac from 2010 ( in which i have updated the OS from SnowLeopard to Mountain Lion 10.8.3) but it doesnt work,why? Is my iPhoto too old to update do i have to buy and install a new version of i Photo ?
You may need to buy the newest version from the App Store. If you cannot update via the App Store then you are using the version from a DVD. Updates for that can be downloaded from support.apple.com/downloads/.

My billing information is correct however iTunes won't accept it. I have tried changing it to "no" card, my statements from the banks are addressed to the same address. What the **** is going on?!
Debit cards already in an account seem to keep working, but many people have reported that when entering or updating a card that debit cards are now rejected, and they're not listed in the accepted payment methods.
As to your issue, only the iTunes Store can help you with this. I understand the irritation, but please note that the U2 free offer is just a single song, not an entire album, so we're only talking about $.99 if you miss out but still want the track. Not a big deal, in my humble opinion.

Hey rbrylawski, just wanted to let you know that my ipad email problems have been solved. Called Apple Sup in OZ, I'm in NZ. Daniel Barber was the support tech from heaven!! I was about to return the ipad but solving this issue reset my faith in phone support.....perhaps until I call a differnet companys phone support eh? Anyhow, for reference the fix is below. My accounts are all POP not IMAP, and the primary smtp server setting had defaulted to have SSL switched on and the port was set to 5XX (something, cant remember). Anyhow, SSL was switched off and the port was swithced to 25. VOILÀ!! Settings/Mail, contacts, calendars/My POP mail account/smtp/primary server/ >>> server on, no username and password, use SSL off, no authentication, Server Port 25 Thanks for having a crack at it. Have you tried the transferring purchases in the File drop down menu? Also you can download your purchase by checking the second article to see your purchases within your library or by going to the iTunes Store and click the Purchases link.
