I have tried to change my User id which is an email address I no longer want to use. Now I am constantly getting requests from icloud and Apple ID for my password and cant get into my icloud account.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I have an older PC with Windows XP Professional on it. I updated to the latest iTunes and I am able to access the photos, etc. on it. However, my Windows 7 PC still does work (since last Apple TV update). Apple TV does not recognize that Home Sharing is turned here. I'm having the same problem with my iPad Mini. I've decided after many attempts that it's Apple's problem, since I have no problem accessing the store and making purchases through my other devices. It's saving me a lot of money not being able to buy new apps and in-app purchases. And I'm not going to waste any time with Apple Support on it. They want my money, they can figure it out all on their own. Maybe Samsung is better with this sort of hiccup...

I restored my ipod to its original settings but now when i try to back it up it is asking for my password and when i give it it says it is wrong and it is right

I restored my ipod to its orginal settings and checked for it to be backed up. When it was done restoring i tried backing it up and it said to enter the password. I didn't know if it was my itunes password or what so i entered several and it said they were all wrong. So which password is it?

Is this the error message that you see?
"Disk cannot be read from or written to" error syncing iPod in iTunes.
If nothing else works, you could try a format of the iPod in Windows. A full format does a check and remap of bad sectors on the iPod hard drive, and you would need to restore the iPod as normal (using the iPod updater) afterward. This can also work when the iPod is recognized by the computer, but not by the updater. It's usually a last ditch troubleshooting effort.
First, put the iPod into forced disk mode.
See: How to put the iPod into disk mode.
On your PC, go "my computer" and right click on the iPod, then choose "format". Ensure the settings are at "default" and that "quick format" is not checked. Now select "format". It will take a while, but when that's finished, restore the iPod using the updater.
If you need to, reset the iPod to exit disk mode.

HT5622 I've changed my Apple ID email and its all verified ok but on my iPhone 5 every time I go to update an App or buy an App it comes up with my old Apple ID and asks me for a password. Why doesn't it have my new ID because on Apple ID link it does?

I've changed my Apple ID password and when I go to the Apple ID link the changes have been emailed and are all verified. However, when I try to do something with an App or iTunes etc on my iPhone 5 it still comes up with my old Apple ID and asks me for the password and I don't have the option to overtyped the Sppld ID section with the new email I've set. I can't update Apps or buy Apps because of this. Any ideas?

Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

You need to go to Manage your Apple ID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, and sign in with your current Apple ID and password and do the following:
1.     Edit your current Apple ID and change it back to the ID which is displaying for your iCloud account. You do not need to verify it - this is only a temporary change
2.     Go into Settings>iCloud on your device and delete the iCloud account. Use your current password when your are prompted for a password
3.     Once the old iCloud account is deleted, go back into Manage your Apple ID and change your ID back to the current one
4.     Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with your current ID and password
That should take care of your issue!

Go here and select "Reset your password." You will receive an email message with a link that bypasses the questions. You will then be able to select and answer the questions again.
