I can't rememeber any answer to any of mu questions and I can't even register my product (iPod Classic) even though I purchased it 6 months ago. Customer Service held me on the line for 30+ minutes asking me all the time if I rememeber one anwer to my questions (to which I repeatedly said no) and there seems to be no way to circumvent that security system, not even with my second email, also registered on My Itunes. Isn't there any way for me to get those 20 dollars back I already have in your store or at least reset my security questions if I don't rememeber?

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

It would be helpful to know what version of Acrobat, WORD, and operating system.
Without that info, I would suggest at this point to open your WORD file and then go to the print menu and print to file using the Adobe PDF printer. Open the created file in Distiller and see if you get a PDF. If so, check to see if AcroTray is running in the background.
You say you tried many ways. It would help to know what you tried and what worked or did not work, and at what point the failure occurs.

There's an endless combination of Internet plugins that you might need for a particular website, from Flash to Java, to Windows Media to some other streaming/media protocol. Probably what's helpful here is either of the name of the plugin that you're being asked for or the website(s) you're accessing that require them. I suspect it's probably a media plugin, like Flash, Windows Media or some DivX type plugin but that's just a guess with the information provided.

Edit > Preferences. Select the check box for Ringtones, this will add them to the listing in iTunes.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

The book is not already on your computer, it's still available in the store, and you bought it with the same account (and you are still in the same country) ?
As these are user-to-user forums I've asked the hosts to remove the screenshot from your post as it contains your account id/email address.

You can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :

and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
