I have trouble printing web pages from a Nook Color to my HP Photosmart C410a using my eprint email.

My wife has tried several times but most of the time the print fails. I don't have an exact error code or explaination. We'll just to try email the web page to the printer for it to print out and we'll get an error message saysing it could nt be printed or it just doesn't print at all.
AND... Somtimes my iPad fails to print using the eprint address as well as using AirPrint. We have a 50/50 shot at sucess.
It sounds like a nice feature but its very buggy to say the least.
HP Photosmart C410a CQ521A using an iPad (iOS 5.01), B&N Nook Color (latest firmware), and an iMac using MacOS 10.7.2
By the way... as an aside... My scanner ALWAYS scans photos green tinted.

Thanks for the post. Please find some information below that may assist with this issue. Good Luck!
For those that are experiencing on-going issues with their web services, you can attempt to try the following that may help resolve your issues.
1) Completely shut down your printer and restart it.
2) If you have prints that have not printed, log into ePrint Center (or create an account if you do not have one) and then look for your printer status. If printer status is green but you still have pending jobs, delete the pending jobs one at a time. (starting with the oldest first) There may be a print job stuck in the queue that further restricts other jobs from completing.
3) If option one and two do not resolve, removing web services and re-adding will cause the printer to re-attach to the cloud. Please note that if you do this, you will get a NEW ePrint email address. (You will lose your old custom address with no ability to get it back) furthermore, you will need to re-add your printer back to your ePC account.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see you are trying to print web pages from a Surface tablet. What model of printer are you trying to print to? Also, Is there an error, message, etc, when you try to print? Typically, ePrint is used when printing eMails or forwarding documents / pictures to the printers eMail address, is this how you are trying to print the web page? Since this is a Windows 8 Operating System, you may be able to install full feature software and print that way. All of a sudden I have problems printing web pages wwith Firefox 3.6.8 (XP), but printing pdf pages is still fine (printing with other software as well)

I guess I should have written that I had tried the tips on 'reset printer' and 'does not print to paper at all' before I posted the question - to no avail.
The printer starts as normal: it's the right printer selected, the dialogue window shows the progress of sending the data to the printer - and after that: that's it. It simply vanishes from the queue, and nothing happens.

When trying to forward a web page my pc opens Internet Explore and wants me to use Windows Live email.

When I go to a link I have received in my gmail using Firefox and then select the option to Send Link, Internet Explore opens and wants me to sign in to Windows Hot Mail to send the link. How can I set it to use Gmail which is what is use for regular email?

It doesn't match yours exactly. There is an iframe with a Google map in it in the "Hosting Analysis" section, which in your pasted page seems to be the "Site Server" section.

I'm not aware of such an add-on, but it might exist. There also might be a Greasemonkey userscript that will load the pages and fire the save.

Printing a web page from a Nexus 10 tablet to HP Deskjet 3055A printer

Hi All
I am trying to print web pages from my Google Nexus 10 32GB tablet to my HP deskjet 3055A Cloud printer.
I am able to print off documents, emails, email attachments, etc successfully after sending them to the specified printer email address.
I am also signed into Google Chrome at the time, and they say on their help link that I should go to Menu, then select Print from the options list, but Print is NOT in the list.
Can you please help me?

The menu option to Print is only available with Android 4.4.

Can print test pages from embedded web server., put not from windows

I have a P1102w that worked perfectly through the last 5 month.
Two days ago it stopped printing anything for some reason. What happen is, when I print something, it spools, but then I get Error-Printing under the status when I double click the printer icon in the "devices and printers" manager of windows 7.
Right now I can see the printer in Ad Hoc. I can load the embedded web server,. And I can print test pages from the embedded web server.
However, if I tried to print test pages using the printer icon in "devices and printers" manager".. it doesnt print!
If I go to Devices and Printers -> Properties -> Advanced -> "Print directly to printer" -> Apply
I got an error box: "Printer settings could not be saved. Operation could not be completed (error 0x0000070c)."
The printer works fine when connected to other laptops (with exactly the same driver/setting)..
This problem is driving me crazy !

An ad-hoc connections is much more unstable than an infrustructure network using a router. At this point i would suggest getting a wireless router, and then connect the printer to your network through the router.

The HP PhotoSmart 5514 is on Apple's list of AirPrint printers, so it should work. <iOS: AirPrint 101>
One problem might be that your WiFi router does not correctly handle Bonjour data required by AirPrint. Contact the router's manufacturer to see if there is a change to its setup or a firmware update that will solve the problem.
I had a printing problem several months ago, where the WiFi had jumped to a neighbor's WiFi that happened to have the same name. There are a LOT of WiFi routers out there named "Linksys"!

Since the last update, to 7.0.1, I can't print web pages or e-mail from my Yahoo! account. The computer says it can't communicate with the printer. I can print from Internet Explorer, Word, and Adobe Acrobat so I don't know why the computer is not communicating with the printer using Firefox.
