HT4623 I allowed security update 7.0.6 and it seems to blocked whatsapp. It wont connect. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it still says service unavailable.

Your issue is urelated to iOS 7.0.6. Whatsapp had a server outage. It has allegedly been resolved.

My other Adobe ID account is linked to an email i rarely use and don't particularly want to use. i have tried changing the linked email account to my regular one i use. But it obviously does not allow me because of it already being linked to my other non used obsolete Adobe ID account. Is there any solution to this?? Please help.

I'm trying to make iCloud mail my primary email but I'm concerned that I may have lost the perfect email address forever.

I have the same problem. After our wedding I've created an alias ([email protected]) to my actual AppleID Account ([email protected]). Now I'd the idea to delete the alias and my actual AppleID to create a new AppleID with ([email protected]).
Is there really no possibilty to do this?

What really cheeses me off here is that Apple isn't allowing users enough customization. With each update of iTunes (and the OS and iOS) we're forced to give up something that worked well for the way we want to use the app and make do with fewer (and lamer) options. If Apple keeps this up, they're going to start losing customers fast. I mean if this isn't fixed soon, I'm pretty sure I'm going to give up on iTunes, and then I'll probably go ahead and get a Galaxy when I need to replace my iPhone.
What I don't understand about how they won't let users delete the list of available podcasts now is why? How is this making it a better program? I can understand that not all users are capable enough to right-click on a feed and select "Show all available episodes", so I can see why they want the complete list to be the default (and, surprise, it already was). But to not give users the option to delete that list? It's inconsiderate because it makes navigating feeds with a large back catalogue really frustrating. I'm flabbergasted that no one at Apple considered all the podcast feeds that keep hundreds of episodes available when they removed this feature. It smacks of rank incompetence.
What improvement were they trying to make here anyway? There was nothing wrong to my mind about how podcasts were managed in previous versions. Whatever improvement they were trying to make here, they should have realized that many users would at least want the option to keep things the way they were.
And reverting to a previous version is no solution. I can't sync my iPhone with the new iOS without this update, and (while I do have some issues--specifically how you can't play podcasts in the Music app anymore) I do like the new iOS.

Well, yeah. You want to create separate accounts for each of you, using individual Apple IDs. I know mothers and daughters like to share clothes, shoes, handbags, etc. but don't share Apple IDs.

Yes you can DavidStafford although if your membership is provided by your work I would verify with them that it can be utilized for personal use. Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID). That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

Yes, assuming they are currently on the computer.
If the iPhone has been used as designed, contacts are either in a supported application on the computer or are synced to a cloud service.
Pictures would be copied to the comptuer regularly and then those desired to be on the device would be synced back.

A couple of different approached:
Create a second AppleID for one of you that includes the email address and phone number you wish to use for messaging, but do not apply it to the iTunes and app store (just keep the current one). My wife and I do this and it works quite well. Also allows for easier syncing of Contacts , notes etc. using icloud if you wish to do that.
Add additional emails/phone numbers to the existing account and change the Send/Receive settings for Messages. this will not fix the Contcts isues for you however.
