I opened an I tunes account with my laptop years ago, and when I recently got my Iphone, I had to create a new one. I want to use the new account I created from my iphone, but all of my playlists are on my old account. How do I combine my accounts? I dont want to start over.... please help!

No, you chose to create a new account. You could have just as easily used the existing iTunes account.
It is not possible to merge iTunes accounts.

The problem with making separate accounts is that this is a laptop, so likely not a huge hard drive, and if the three iTunes libraries need to have a lot of the same music (because everyone or two or three like some of the same stuff) you end up with double or triplicate copies of the music on the hard drive eating up drive space. Since they don't use his laptop normally, creating more accounts (with all the associated files and drive space usage each account would eat up) it probably isn't worth it.
Instead, the best approach is like Chris said, to make playlists for the girls in the main library and then set up the various iPod to either sync everything (if big enough) or sync only specific playlists (if not big enough).
Alternatively, they can set their iPods to manual syncing and then when Dad is visiting they can hook up their iPods and "shop" the library and drag in whatever they want to add to the iPods and delete what they no longer want.

Unfortunately, you cannot merge iCloud accounts.
You might instead export the data from your contacts and calendars etc from one account to the other.
Of note, iCloud and iTunes accounts are different accounts whilst you can export data as mentioned previously, from one iCloud to another, you can not transfer purchases made in one iTunes account to another.

I was trying to move several albums onto a USB drive and it stated all other files exist at this location. They are pictures taken at different times and have the same number I guess.

In iPhoto albums may contain photos with the same file name - iPhoto handles that just fine
If you are exporting them to move somewhere else use the sequential file name feature of export to give each file a unique name

To be honest, I have absolutely no idea!
I just take the route that I believe minimises any risk of something blowing up server side, and whilst it may well automatically disconnect, it only takes a few seconds to disconnect before connecting to the new account, and just eliminates that risk of a load of errors popping up :P

No method for that but you can keep changing the account from the iPhone and it won't delete the apps from the second account

I brought my itunes library onto a mac from a windows machine and now i have two separate libraries. How can I merge them?

I moved to Mac from a Windows machine where I had downloaded all of my CDs into iTunes. When I got my Mac it only put my purchased items into my library. So I merged my windows library and it created a whole new user account with that on it. I now have two libraries and can only sync music with one account or I lose all of my imported CDs. Help! How do I merge them.

The easiest way is to get both computers on your home network and copy the files over the network. It's easier than you think

That thread mentions Target Disk Mode, which won't help moving from a PC to a Mac. But you can use file sharing to copy the files.
As the articles all say: don't forget to de-authorize your PC before you get rid of it.
