I have two usb connections for my iPhone 5 but when I connect it to my mac it won't read my device. Is anyone else having this problem?
I can't backup my phone or put music or save pictures to my mac. What can I do?

I installed the new Apple TV update and now I can't access photo stream. It tells me to accept the new Terms of Service BUT they never load on my iPad, iPhone or PC.

My iphone 4s voice dictiation for text messages is not consistently working. I've had the phone since Thanksgiving and it always worked perfectly, but the last few weeks it's been hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Anyone else having this problem? I tried the hard reset but that hasn't fixed it.
I have the same problem since updating to IOS 8.3. Any app to which I want to send a new link via IMessage does not allow me to select a contact to send the IMessage to. Using a pre-existing thread does not have same problem.

Iphone 5 battery drains rapidly, I have turned off apps and location even purchased a new battery, is anyone else having this problem? If anyone knows how to fix please let me know. I've tried the hard reset and nothing works.
There was a run of bad batteries for the iPhone 5. Apple will replace them if your phone qualifies and you haven't tried to fix it yourself. See: iPhone 5 Battery Replacement Program - Apple Support. Unfortunately, you may have disqualified yourself if you tried to repair it yourself.

We have 3 iPhone 6's in house. It takes 30 minutes most days to receive text messages. We have to reboot phones to get them to work but it's a temporary fix. Is anyone else having this problem?

I just purchased an ibook for my mac for the first time and it started with two pages then switched to one with notes and i can't change it back. Anyone else having this problem?
Up the top where the three buttons are (red yellow green) are three images. Click on the third image that looks like a notepad (not the first which is a library book), and that should get rid of 'Notes'. To read using two pages make the window bigger.

Whenever I ask Siri to send a message to a contact, it will attempt to send it as an iMessage. This is a problem because it will attempt to send iMessages to contacts of mine which aren't even iPhone numbers. Is anyone else having this problem?
So, this is a problem because when Siri attempts to send iMessages to those without iPhones it, of course, fails.
For example, if I say to Siri, "Tell my mother 'Hello.'" It will try to send an iMessage. My mother has an Android phone, so the iMessage just gets lost in cyberspace.
I use Siri quite often, this problem only occured about two hours ago.
Can anyone help me with this?

The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

Is anyone else having this problem? I usually attach photos from my existing camera roll when sending ecards, suddenly starting yesterday, all my photos are being rotated and coming up sideways! I use Blue Mountain.com for my ecards. I called their tech support line, they accessed my account and say they can do it no problem. It is my iPads problem!?? Any help out there. Please no tech speak; basic English only I am a newbie. Thanks for any help provided.

Password is not working but JUST for app purchase permission. Anyone else having this problem?
Anyone else having this problem? I keep entering my password and instead of telling me i've entered the wrong password, it just prompts me again. Password is working elsewhere (obviously - I got onto this forum) and I have tried rebooting the phone. Thoughts?

problem with updated find my iPhone (FMi) app: when I attempt to open the FMi app, it tells me that I need to be a registered developer and run iOS7 to do so; is anyone else having this problem? I got the app as a regular update to my existing FMi app which worked great.
The problem is being reported in the news media, yes. Apparently someone at Apple jumped the gun and uploaded the update before it was ready. They'll probably issue another update shortly, I would expect, but you can go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. If you have a backup copy of the older version of the app, remove the newer version, restore the old version to iTunes on your computer, and resync.
Update: Well, that was certainly quick. As of a short time ago, various sites are reporting that the Find My iPhone app is no longer displaying the previous error message. If it still is for you, delete it from your iPhone and re-download from the iTunes Store.

Everytime I put my iphone5 on charge now matter where I am and even when I have signal it always drops the signal and continues to have no signal until I take it off charge. I have the up to date software on it and everything and is relatively new. Is anyone else having this problem and how do I fix it?

I have downloaded the new iTunes 10.7 on my computer with windows vista on it. Now every time I try to run a video it shuts off iTunes. Is anyone else having this problem? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice. Is there a fix? Is it possible I am missing part of the program?
