I have two versions of Flash installed - 9.0.45.0 and 16.0.0.235 - i cannot remove the old version which means websites will not recognise the new player. Help!
I have just downloaded the most recent version of Firefox and have this problem. Updating does not help. Setting the old version to 'never activate' deactivates'both. Please help - I am having to use Chrome!

It was here: C:\Windows\SysWOW64 - just deleted the exe and the dll.
Thanks very much for this very simple solution to a frustrating problem - now i can stop using Chrome. :)

Try going to the following
Tools->Web Developer-> Page Source.
You can also access this by way of keyboard shortcut Ctrl + U
The View Page Source option is also available via the right-click menu by just right-clicking inside the page window & it will be the penultimate menu item. -
I have an Apple Air Book and I am very satisfied with it except there are video that I cannot see. The reason is that Quick Time will not support the video. What can I do to be able to get these videos? I have all ready download Adobe Flash Player and installed it but it has not effect.

You should be able to play most videos with QuickTime player once both are installed. -
I have an existing account with an iPod classic device. I now have a new nano and want to add this as a secondary device. However when I connect this my account will not recognise the new device. How do I resolve this?
I have 4 iPods all utilizing iTunes on the same computer. If you open iTunes and THEN connect the new nano, it should automatically recognize it. Does it give you an error message?

I downloaded the Java update version 7 update 9 as advised by computer - but the computer does not recognize the download - as instructed I pressed Command R and also tried Command Q

SueI have downloaded the latest Java (JRE) and Java is checked enabled as well as JavaScipt and Web plug-ins are enabled.
I thought I would download once again from your link - MacOSX jre7u6 Macosx-x64 dmg.
On opening the package to install was advised that a higher version of the JRE is already installed on the system.
Still unable to open my Labs software as the advice is still to download the latest Java.
Checking the net again found another Java option for Mac Lion - so I downloaded and installed the version OS X2012 -006.
Still no joy, as my photo Lab software keeps givng me the same message that i to open " RGB Digital Direct" I need to download the Java Runtime Environment for Web Start Application.
I then went back into Java Website and it gave an option to detect whether I have the correct Java Software - report came back - Verified Java Version - " Congratulations You have the recommended Java installed ( Version 7 Update 9)"

I have recently purchased a used iPhone 4, when I pulg it into my pc a skull icon appears instead of the apple. The pc also does not recognise the iPhone. The phone was originally purchased in March of this year, so it is under 12 months old. Has anybody encountered this problem and or know how I can fix the phone? Thanks
You have apparently purchased a jailbroken phone. You can try to get it into recovery mode, then restore as new, but no guarantee it will work.

Since upgrading my Mac book pro with Yosemite, I have problems with my Xerox Work Centre 3045 printer. The printer works normally but it does not recognise scanner, I can not scan anything. Can you help?
Open Disk Utility and select your hard drive, then Repair Permissions, it will probably return a very large number of errors, primarily printer and library errors, so run it a second time. Then restart the MacBook Pro. If it still will not scan, try using Image Capture from Finder > Applications and see if that will work. If not, contact Xerox about updated drivers.

This is a user to user forum; there is no one from Apple here to get back to you. Apps and music are forever associated with the Apple ID account they were purchased with. There is no way to transfer them to a different account. That is why Apple lets you change the email address associated with your account without having to get a new account. If you didn't do this, but instead got a completely new account, you are out of luck. You can still go back to the old account and just get a new email address for it.

Recently I upgraded to Firefox 4. I frequent various forums where I post advise on various subjects. I am finding that version 4 is showing the threads in the forums, allowing me to log in and to post. However the posts as sent in are not coming up at all, even if I get out and return, the page is not "refreshed."
this is a follow up from the profane post earlier....
i have done this twice in two other posts..
here is my problem.. i started off trying to update itunes, it failed twice and said i needed to install manually via tools.
the only place to get to tools is the pop up box that appears when you click check for updates.. if there is an available update then the pop up shows up with the quick time and itunes files to download. so i finally figured that out. i clicked on tools and manual update, four files were saved to a file. Apple mobile device support, another one similar, itunes, and another one i cant remember. I only downloaded the itunes file seeing as though thats all i needed to accomplish in the first place.
so then i restarted my computer bc you need to reboot and then reopen itunes for update to take effect. once i have itunes back open i plugged in my new 5s which i am trying to sync to my computer to get all my stuff back bc i lost my previous phone over the weekend.. once i plugged the phone in an error stating i needed to unistall the apple mobile device support and itunes and then reinstall. well i dont know where those files were originally stored on my computer AND since my itunes was updated, just not the other 3 associated files, when i click check for updates it says its up to date and then pop up containing the quick time and itunes does not pop up thus i cant get back to the tools tab to manually save the 4 files again.
so i was just going to uninstall itunes all together and then i thought well what happens if it erases all my photos apps songs etc... which would defeat the whole purpose in the first place of me trying to sync my new phone to get all my stuff back.
so i literally have no idea what to do at this point.. if you have read this you are probably just as confused as me... -

On restart and configuration as part of activation process, it tells me that activation is not possible and itunes tells me that iphone does not have a sim card (it does). Then when I tried to use the firefox again it said an older version needed to shut down my computer so that it could upgrade the old version. It wont let me do anything and all it says is shut down computer so old version can upgrade. It wont let me open the program or remove it or anything. PLease help me with this. I really like Firefox but this has been going on for 5 months now and I still dont get answers from you. How do I fix this???

SSM - Entry/Approval and PAS Question
I need help understanding why data isn't loading into PAS using E&A. I created a very simple model in cubebuilder with two variables, variable1 and variable2 (KPI1 and KPI2 for shortnames in PAS). The cube built successfully and I can see the variabl
