I have unusual dust in my iPhone 5 camera

All my photos taken with my iPhone 5 camera are ruined due to multiple dust spots and even weird purple points (see photo).
this is not normal for a phone which is just 2 years old.
can this be fixed by apple?

All of a sudden 1000 photos have suddenly appeared on my Iphone that came from my own computer and I can't delete them.

You'll have to deselect the photos in the photo pane in iTunes on your computer and then sync the phone again, this will delete photos that have not been taken with the phone but synced from the computer.

As far as trying to power up your device, make sure it has a good charge and then hold the button on the top of the phone and the home button on the faceplate together until the apple appears on the screen.

If it's actually inside the lens, you can't. Bring your phone while it''s still under warranty to Apple for evaluation.

How many times will I have to exchange this 3G iPhone?

July 11th - Waited 6 hours in line like a tool to get 3G Black iPhone 16 gig.
July 12th - Exchanged iPhone because of NO VIBRATION
August 15th - Exchanged iPhone because of hairline cracks forming at heaphone jack, vibration switch and bottom corner.
3rd iPhone has a light leak on left side, "bubbles" in plastic housing and a HUGE dust speck in the center of the screen.
So I guess I'll be heading back to get my 4th iPhone 3G, but I'm about ready to give up.
What number iPhone are you on?
The only good thing about Apple is that their Geniuses have been really nice.

I'm on my 3rd one.
First one got stuck at apple logo restored too many times and I gave up for an exchange.
Second one had cracks at the bottom near the connector and dust under the glass
Third one now still have some dust under the glass but not as noticeable, so probably I'll keep that one.
But all three of them have crashed and get stuck at Apple Logo. Bad 3G reception, and unstable Apps.
This is my first Apple product, and probably will be the last! Apple you need to have better quality control and more field testing and debug your software. I know you are in a hurry to compete with Google Android but you forget the most important thing, it's a communication device! Can't reset the phone when stuck at Apple logo without using iTunes is ridiculous! This is the most unstable PDA phone I have ever used!!!!!! Even Microsoft's Windows Mobile are far better and stable than your iPhone weak 3G.

You may have had small specks of dust under your screen protector or it may be a little residue depending on how your screen protector was applied.

Start with the most basic thing that you can try. Unplug the router from power for about 30 seconds, and restart the printer and the iPad and plug the router back into power.

You won't be able to open it on your computer, ibooks can currently only be read in the iBooks app on an iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. How were you trying to get it to your phone, syncing it by selecting it on the iPhone's Books tab when connected to your computer's iTunes, or by dragging-and-dropping it from the Books part of your iTunes library over and onto the iPhone 'device' ? Another option is to try re-downloading it directly in the iBooks app on your iPhone via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in it (re-downloading).

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine.
