I have updated my ipad yestarday sicne then i am not able to open any application on my ipad2. some of the application able to open in the page and not able to open all the applications in the second page. Does any one got this type of issue? any sugg?

This problem has been reported a few times. The solution is to install any new App say a free one. This seems to fix whatever has gone wrong.

I have updated my ipad to version 7.1 but in the process all my bookmarks and favourites have been deleted.
I tried switching off and turning back on again but they are still missing, please can someone help?Go to Settings>WiFi>Network Name - tap the blue arrow next to the name and then tap Forget this Network in the next window. Restart your iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Then go to Settings>WiFi - find your network again - enter the password and see if you can get online.
Or reboot your router - unplug it for 30 seconds and then plug it in again.
Or go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to find the network and enter the password again. -
i have updated my ipad and now it has a passcode that i have not set up so i do not not have the passcode to put in and now it is disababled! HELP!
FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -
We have several iphones, ipod touches, ipad and mac's if we all install icloud under the same apple account will they all sync together...we don't want that to happen!!
If any of you are like me, I had one single AppleID under MobileMe. Under my AppleID I had two additional Email addresses, one for my wife and one for her Mother. Each used their individual email accounts on their login on the home Mac and on their individual Iphones.
In order for them to not lose their email acounts when mobileMe goes away and/or you move your appleID acount from MobileMe to iCloud, you simply need to beaware of the folowing. Have each person with an email address under your AppleID MobileMe go to www.me.com; enter their email account and password in the corresponding fields. However, don't press the login button. Instead press the sentence under the login fields that says something to the effect of "do you want to move/migrate to iCloud. Follow the prompts from there.
In essence what Apple has done--albeit not communicated anywhere--is that they automatically created AppleIDs for each of those additonal email addresses you have/had under MobileMe. Therefore, use that email and password after moving from MobileMe to iCloud and your good to go. -

Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge (the Rs 60) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

For the second charge for 55, you used the same account to re-download the app ? Hello, I have updated to the newest version of Pages and yet when I open a document to use it says, "You need a newer version of Pages to open this document." When I got to install it again it says I have already done that. Anybody have any tricks? Thanks!
You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5/5.01 can not open Pages 5.1 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.1 sometimes can not open its own files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has not only managed to confuse all its users, but also itself.
Note: Apple has removed over 95 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

Archive/trash Pages 5, after exporting all Pages 5 files to Pages '09 or Word .docx, and rate/review it in the App Store, then get back to work.

Hi - I'm trying to sync iBooks on my Macbook Pro with iBooks running on my iPad. I have some pdf's download from the net I want to share between devices and I can't work out how to sync the two devices. Any help please? I'm running Mavericks
Thanks for your help Brij011 - much appreciated. Apologies as I'm a newbie but I've looked at the info for synching and I appear to have all the switches flicked on my iPad. Does the iPad and iBooks only sync in iCloud for purchases as I appear to be doing something wrong. I could sync ok when books was in iTunes but since migrating to Mavericks I think I'm doing something wrong!!

After I downloaded the new version of iTunes 11.0.1 and i try to open it it says: ''There is no application set to open the document ''iTunes 11.0.1.dmg.part''. How can i install this without paying for an app to do it? What apps can i download to do this type of work.
.dmg.part is not a complete file.. It usually indicates that the entire file has not been downloaded yet. Are you sure you downloaded the entire file? (i recommend updating itunes through > Software Update

Ipad mini, after ios7 upgrade if turn off the mobile data, my carrier gets turned off and wifi doesnt work at all. Its slow and app store crashes everytime. Help me to gowngrade to ios6. This really *****.
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then restart your iPad.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, then swipe the slider to power off.
Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Downgrading is not an option for an iOS device. -

Hi Lila,
Bring up the document you want to email, and tap the wrench in the upper right-hand corner. Under that Tools icon you will see several options, select Share and Print.
Select Email Document
Then select the document format you wish to send the document in: Pages, PDF, or Word
Tap on one, and the document will format into that selection, and then take you to a blank email page with the document attached and ready to go!

Can't open iBooks since I have updated my iPad to os5
I have updated my iPad to os5 and now I cannot open any of my iBooks or PDF files. I get them from iCloud they load on iBooks with a blue loading line and now it is black but will not open
Try a Reset (Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 15 seconds).

Quit the mail app and reset your iPad like this:
Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -
