I have updated my Laptop, iPhone 5 and iPadto the new ios 7, however since this was installed on all these devices, when i Purchase mucic on my laptop and create a playlist, the Itunes match is not showing the new music purchases or new playlists on my iphone and ipad- can someone help me out with this?

I can see a extremely slow download of one at a time of the remaining songs. Very disappointed in iTunes, should not take 24 hours to retrieve songs!!!

The home network has to be working, there are settings on the iPad for the network sharing over your home network.
If your trying to move files this way, I'm not sure you can actually move them but you should be able too "SEE" them from the iPad.

Thank you for asking your question! It sounds like iTunes Match playlists are not syncing correctly to your iPad, even though you have already toggled iTunes Match off then on again. I would next turn iTunes Match back off, then close all the apps on the iPad:

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App stores, and restart the phone then try turning on iTunes Match again to test the issue:

I recently downloaded 2 movies in iTunes on my windows PC and movies will not play, they will open up to the main menu, mouse overs work as well as extra features. However the main movies will not let you play. On mouse over in itunes the 'play' buttion is not enabled, yet is however enabled on previously downloaded movies.

For me I have follow several of the help articles. When I play the movie in iTunes the screen is black with no audio, the timer status says it is playing (although it does not work all the time). I am able to play and have audio on the extras. I tried to use just QuickTime to play the movie and that as well does not work. I have started iTunes in safe mode and when the movie would begin to play, iTunes crashes and I have to restart. I have tried fresh clean installs of iTunes as well as QuickTime with no luck.
It looks to be a QuickTime problem however I cant verify that. Any help would be great.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

ITunes Match will not sync songs in a playlist to iPhone

iTunes Match will not sync all songs in a playlist to my iPhone. All songs have iCloud status of matched, uploaded or purchased, and are 128k bitrate or higher. How can I get iTunes match to sync this playlist properly?

I rang applecare with this issue and the way it was resolved was as follows:
To make sure iCloud is up to date:
1. In iTunes on the computer select "Update iTunes Match" from the Store menu and wait until it finishes.
To refresh the data on the iPhone:
2. Power the iPhone down and back up again
3. Settings > iTunes & App Store > iTunes Match > Off
4. Launch the Music app to verify Match is off
5. Power the iPhone down and back up again
6. Settings > iTunes & App Store > iTunes Match > On
7. Launch the Music app and givit it time to update (probably best done when you have a Wifi connection).

Did you try restarting or resetting the iPad?
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Hello can some one assit me please. I have purchased a new lap top and copied my old itunes files accross so i do not loose all my music, and have to start again. I can play and see allof my tunes and play these. However I am unable to access the Itunes store through my itunes files. It will not interface at all. I can access itunes store through the Web, but not through the my ituntes file. I have gone in and authorised the laptop through the various process. Highly frustrated already paided a computer person to fix this. However hed deleated all files and started again he had it work and then I turned computer on again and it will not interface from the itune file to itunes, So if I copy a CD it will not tell you the name of the track. I am not an expert, but assuming that you have a Windows or Mac folder with music in it and want to move that to a new laptop, I think you have to import it into iTunes. iTunes needs to associate each file with a link, so copying it over will not associate a link.
Delete the files and try importing.

If you had iTunes Match updated with all of your non iTunes purchased content already, then yes, when you enable iTunes Match with the following article it will have all the content that has been uploaded to iTunes Match will be available for download.
