Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

On your Mac.......
Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
Click on the Time Capsule icon, then click Edit in the smaller window that appears
Click on the Disks tab at the top of the window
Click Erase Disk
On the next window that appears, select the Quick Erase option, then click Erase
The operation will only take a few minutes.
Now you are ready to start new backups of both Macs. Back up one Mac first, then back up the other. Do not try to back up both Macs as the same time.

When I click on the Firefox icon, my homepage opens to about 95% and then it stops reponding. If I click on anything, I get the message that it is "not responding:. I have used Firefox for years with no problems. What can I do?

Firefox opened Oct 15, 2014 as a black screen. I have been using it for years with no problems. Can't get it to reinstall.

I have used Firefox on my Samsung android tablet for a long time. Now it stalls and becomes unresponsive on any website.

Firefox crashes randomly with no apparent provocation. I don't really know what other information I can provide that isn't included in the crash reports - there is literally zero rhyme or reason for it to continually crash from a user perspective

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

I have been using firefox on my desktop with windows xp for years with no problems and suddenly refused to open. The error message reads "unable to locate component. plc4.dll was not found." What does that mean? How do I fix it?

The error message also suggests that I unintall and reinstall firefox, I tried that but it does not fix the problem.

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then disable Virtualization and reinstall Firefox.
Other security software may have similar features to prevent Firefox from updating files properly.

Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

You will have to close firefox.exe with the Windows Task Manager from the "Processes" tab of the WTM since you don't have a widow to close.
The best way to close Firefox is through File > Exit, for those who stuck with the "Firefox" button click on the Firefox button then Exit. It is not perfect but it is a lot better than just closing the window with the "X" in the upper right corner

Yesterday I somehow lost the Bookmarks Toolbar. It is still listed under View in the Menu. When I check beside it the area enlarges a small bit and when I uncheck it the area decreases a little. All my Bookmarks are still there, just not the toolbar. I have tried everything I know to try. I have uninstalled and downloaded Firefox again and reinstalled it. I have restarted my computer several times. I have tried dragging new bookmarks to the toolbar area from the website address. Nothing works. If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.

Unfortunately, Safari cannot be updated past 5.1.10 on a Mac running v10.6.8.
So, the options are to upgrade to a newer OS X or use Firefox or Chrome.
