I have used Sony for the past 5 or 6 years. They recently stopped selling books and migrated their customers to Kobo. In uploading the Kobo site it looks like I added a new Adobe ID. Then my reader and computers were out of sync. When I try to download books I get that they were already downloaded by another user, but also that they are in my library. However, I can't find them, and if I do download, it gives me an error message that the book is DRM protected. How do I get to the point where I can download books again?

Please authorize ADE 3 with same credentials that you used with older version of ADE

When I click on the Firefox icon, my homepage opens to about 95% and then it stops reponding. If I click on anything, I get the message that it is "not responding:. I have used Firefox for years with no problems. What can I do?

I have used Firefox for years and it has been great until a few days ago. Now when I try to open it, the homepage from a few days ago opens, but the green bar on the lower right fills in about 95%. On the lower left it says "transferring data from l1.yimg.com but it freezes there. If I click on anything, it says (not responding) on the upper left. You can't merge Apple IDs. You also can't cancel (delete) and existing ID, you can only choose to stop using it.
If your old ID was compromised and you can no longer access it, you'll have to contact Apple for assistance. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services' at the bottom of the page. In the next page click 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then then 'Apple ID account Security’.

I have used Firefox for about 8 years & yesterday lost my Bookmarks Toolbar. Any suggestions? Still have the Bookmarks and it still appears under view.

I have used Firefox for about 8 years or since it first was developed and I love it!!!! I especially love the Bookmarks Toolbar and have used it all these years with no problems. Yesterday I somehow lost the Bookmarks Toolbar. It is still listed under View in the Menu. When I check beside it the area enlarges a small bit and when I uncheck it the area decreases a little. All my Bookmarks are still there, just not the toolbar. I have tried everything I know to try. I have uninstalled and downloaded Firefox again and reinstalled it. I have restarted my computer several times. I have tried dragging new bookmarks to the toolbar area from the website address. Nothing works. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this and have a solution? I HATE it without this toolbar. Thanks in advance!!!!

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
*Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize"
*Check that the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar
*If the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the toolbar palette in the customize window to the Bookmarks Toolbar
*If missing items are in the toolbar palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
*If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up

You need to "authorize" the Mac.
Launch iTunes on the Mac then from the iTunes menu bar top of your screen click Store > Authorize This Computer.
Now, using the same Apple ID as you used to purchased iTunes media originally, you should be able to sync all your content.

Double check all the settings in the crop tool, and make sure you aren't telling it to create a HUGE image as a result of your settings.

The support page is ridiculous, it assumes you already have Firefox and that the install went fine. I am having trouble with an update to Version 4. I have an ibook G4 running OS X. I have used Firefox for years. When I downloaded the update, the Firefox logo thing that you are supposed to drag to the Applications folder has a white circle with a line through it. I wouldn't trust any Firefox "update" from a non-Mozilla website. Sometimes, unofficial builds contain adware or malware. If you want to use Firefox for AOL do so at your own risk.

Have been using Adobe Photoshop CS6 hard copy for the past under a year...and operated no problems...recently it's been giving me 'not respobonding' and hanging there...with a rolling color wheel.

Yes, if you repurchase it you may lose your progress. The exception would be a game that stored all your progress on a server under your ID
If you want to retain your progress you have two choices:
1. Don't apply the update.
2. Use your fathers account password to update the game.
