I have version 1.4 for iOS but no Audiobus?

Even though I've updated to version 1.4 on GarageBand for iOS - - Audiobus does
not recognize it.
How can I determine that I do, in fact, have version 1.4 on my iPad?
Thanks in advance!

Go to Help (under the wrench icon). Tap on "Record Touch Instruments" and scroll to the bottom. There should be a section named "Record from another music app using Audiobus".
If you do have 1.4, try resetting your ipad.
