I have was moving music from iTunes to a CD, however, when attempting to move a second set of music a error message stating "this is not a blank CD". How can more music be copied to this CD, which has more than sufficient space to be copied to?

I am having the same problem. I have just tried this. Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone. If you're able to connect to your email server and are able send email to other email addresses and if the failures are specific to one email recipient address, then please contact the intended recipient of the failing email, and confirm their address is valid. (This is the way I'm reading your question.)
If you are unable to send any email to any other email addresses and this is specific to your email address, then try the web mail client interface (if one is available) to verify your login user and password, and check with your email ISP for assistance. If your email password works via web mail, follow this Apple troubleshooting guide, then — if everything else fails — I'd probably then entirely remove the email account from Mail.app and re-add it per your email ISP's particular setup requirements. If your camera has an SD memory card, use the camera connection kit & the SD card to download to the iPad. That's what I do.
Another way that will work. Download the video(s) to your computer. Then you can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
First, Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie file into the folder. The movie file must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie file should appear & you can import.

I'm not entirely sure what you are referring to, there isn't a user manual section in the iPad's Settings app. If you want an iPad then you can either download it from here : http://support.apple.com/manuals/ipad/
Or if you download the iBooks app then there should be a copy in the ibookstore in it

Sorry, you can't extract those photos from the old device unless you restore the new phone from that backup.
You could of course use a third party software to extract those pics but it will cost you.
If you still have the old phone import those pics to your computer and then sync those photos to your new phone via itunes.

The wierd thing is that a couple of days ago it was working fine, and suddenly overnight it's stopped working.

Noticed by the diagnostic in your post that you dont have admin rights like me so that mite be the problem. Not sure if this is the right solution though.

Start with the basics. Force close mail and reset your iPad.
In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that doesn't help, you might want to consider resetting your router by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds. That can help at times even if all of your other devices are connecting to the Internet. I suggest this, because the message that you are getting may be due to a bad connection to the Internet.

HTML5 is supported on the iPad but I assume that the site that you are going to doesn't yet support it. Does the site have it's own app - here in the UK the TV channels have their own apps, plus there are apps such as TVCatchup.
