the installation file for this device is missing anecessary entry.this may be because the INF file was written for win95 or later

    Pay attention to what rkaufmann87 is saying, because I agree.
    Chrome is very resource intensive.
    It is possible you are running other memory intensive apps.
    You have a lot of 3rd party additions loaded at boot time.  Do you really need all of them?  Even after you get rid of MacCleaner (as suggested by rkaufmann87).
    Do you really need the seagate and WD drive software?  The Mac is fairly good at accessing disks without 3rd party intervention.
    Any of the 3rd party additions listed by EtreCheck that you do not need, you should consider uninstalling.
    That fact that you have
        171.19 GB    Page-ins
    in just about 4 days, says you have about 0.5megabytes per second.  That is a huge load on your disk drive.
    Either cut back on the RAM intensive apps, or get more RAM.  At least 8GB, but if your Mac supports it, 16GB.  Crucial.com and MacSales.com (OWC) are well respected by the long term forum contributes.

    Hello, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  Am reading conflicting information online about being able to produce a system image in Win 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 - plus am not able to find directions for this process online or
    on the laptop in question.   The hard drive is failing in this laptop so I need to produce an image so that the transition when the new drive is installed will be a simple one.  If creating a system image is not possible in this version of Windows
    are there other alternatives that will accomplish my goal?

    If you are using a retail edition Windows, kindly follow the instructions as mentioned in the article.

    For OEM system, system image backup recovery for new hard disk might cause Windows activation failure by OEM product key.

    It happened about 5 or 6 times and it's always when I'm just reading something online or looking for something on my laptop. I don't use my laptop for gaming or anything like that. I put my pic's on here, go online and sometimes use msword. Nothing ever
    heavey at any time. This one happened a few minutes ago and all I was doing was looking at 2 web pages side by side to compare. I don't know if this is it or if this helps, but I notice it after upgrading my memory from 4GB to 8GB. All the specks are the same
    as what came with the laptop except the manufacturer and the GB. Before I upgraded to 8GB from 4GB I checked with dell to see if I can put 8 in her and it says yes, 8 is the max for this system.

    This one crash was Related to
    BCMWL664.SYS 802.11 Network Adapter wireless driver from Broadcom Corporation.  Yours is 3 years old.  I would install the newest driver available (there are newer)
    If you continue to crash I would remove SYmantec and replace with MSE
    Symantec  is a frequent cause of BSOD's.  
    I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

    Flash Player is a browser add-on, not an executable program.
    If you need to open a local SWF file you will need the standalone player (Projector) from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
    Note that the download is the player, not an installer, so you will need to make the file association manually.

    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try another cable                                                       
    - Try on another computer
