Same problem here! Moreover, for some reason, the pictures in my iPhone 3GS somehow have been divided into 2 folders, Photos and Medialibrary. And when I open iPhone as a folder through the explorer I can see only the Photos folder, but cannot see the Medialibrary folder which stores the photos taken before updating/upgrading the iPhone and getting separated folders!!! What the hack with all of this?!!! When I connect iPhone to PC it automatically opens iTunes and starts syncronizing it, but at the process of OPTIMIZING the photos (and according to the number of photos it shows, I see that it tries to syncronize that invisible Medialibrary folder) the process suddenly stops and error message pops out Tried the sync test, tried the button DEBUG in that pop out message, but NOTHING HELPS!!! Also, when I open the Medialibrary in my iPhone, the screen get sblack all through scrolling it down, only the video clips are shown there... >.<

I cannot get Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 & Adobe Premier Elements 12 to download properly.

I have tried to use the Alkamai Dowload Manager and the Alternate Download method to downlown the 7z file. After what appears to be the end of the download (file 1 of 2), A new directory type screen appears with 2 files ....12, and Readme. The screen suggest I add , Extract , but when I extract, nothiing happens. I am very frustrated and am stuck on the very 1st download. I need some technical assistance to get my issues resolved. if you use a direct download (via prodesigntools.com), you will download an exe file and may (if it's a multi-file download like for windows) download a 7z file (which should NOT be extracted).
download the installation file(s) to a new directory and click (or double click) the exe. if you have windows and there is more than 1 install file, make sure both complete downloading before clicking the exe.

Photoshop Elements 10 won't work and won't uninstall

I have Photoshop Elements 10 and Windows 8 on a Lenovo g500s i7 laptop. Photoshop will not open. I cannot uninstall it either. The uninstall process stops at the first Installwizard screen which asks me to press next to continue. I have tried various compatibility options and other suggestions that people have previously posted. I would be very glad of any ideas on how I can either restart Photoshop or uninstall it so that i can start again.

Photoshop Elements 5 just stopped working and will not open my catalogue.

I have Photoshop Elements 5 running on Vista 64 bit. It was working fine, but just stopped working out of the clear blue outside of regular Microsoft patches.
The intro screen opens but when I click on Organize my photos it starts to open the next window but just sits there trying to open my catalogue file of pictures. I've left it there trying to fully open for hours and nothing progresses beyond that point. Any suggestions?

I´ve just installed a new computer, downloaded Photoshop elements 7 (PE7) which I had on the old computer. I have the serial key. I uninstalled PE7 on the old one, but the key won´t work on the new one. What shall I do?

You are allowed two installations without deactivating. Have you deactivated the old one?
Are you trying to install a Windows version on a Mac (or vice versa)?
Where did you get the installation file?

ITunes 11.0.3 asks for password again and again, have re-done my credit card details, have changed my Apple ID password, tried to log in and out of iTunes, none of thos seem to work, just keeps happening without end, please help

I have tried to re-install iTunes 11.0.3 at least 6 times.
I have also downloaded iTunes 11.0.3 at least 5 times.
I have changed my Apple ID password.
I have downloaded (again, I've done that many times) iTunes 11.0.3, then I switched off the iMac, then restarted the wi-fi modem. Switched on the iMac, loaded iTunes, same problem.
I tried to just switch off the wi-fi, did the same as point above, same problem.
Even tried to change the system date to 2038, this only seemed (although I doubt it) to fix the "not responding" issue which I had this morning.
The Apple ID password issue, where it asks me for the password loads and loads of times (probably 50 times or more), one after the other has been happening for about 3 days now.

iTunes Problem, can't seem to find a solution online.
I am running OS X 10.8.3 on an iMac, have just loaded iTunes 11.0.3 a few days ago.
Firstly, I'd open iTunes and it would immediately say it was not responding, I'd have to force quit, try again, re-boot, try again etc. I tried re-installing iTunes, changing password, everything to no avail, then changed my date to 2038, and voila it started responding (no, don't ask me, I just read in online and was desperate enough to try it). Of course, I don't believe that this actually helped, I would like to know what did help or if there is something specific one needs to do to fix this.
I have not been able to get rid of this problem: Whenever I try to make a purchase it asks for my Apple ID password, dozens of times until I give up and press cancel, cancel, cancel.
Why does it do this? I don't want to purchase anything because I can't keep typing in my password again and again. I'm not exaggerating.
As I mentioned, I have tried to re-install iTunes, about 6 times, and I changed my password. I still get the same problem.
Also, my iTunes still looks like the classical iTunes and doesn't have the new interface.
Has anyone experienced this and was able to fix it, or does anyone know what the problem is? Please help, I'm at my wits end.

Photoshop Elements 6.0 stopped working, no support from Adobe?? Help Please

Hi, about 3 weeks ago I went to open Photoshop and it just was gone. I then found out I had a virus and since removed it but when I called Adobe for help because I was trying to reinstall and I kept getting a error message saying that the Data Cab file was bad. So then I was told that I had a bad disc or it was badly scratched. Well, wouldn't you think that they would tell me where to download it and just plug my key in?? No, they told me that since Photoshop 7.0 is out I would have to pay for help.

So, after doing everything from turning off my antivirus, stopping the internet from loading and every troubleshooting tip out there I finally transferred the program onto an external hard drive via my other computer and then tried to load it from the external onto my desktop. Well there are about 7 different application.exe folders so I just unzipped all of them. now it looks like I have parts of the program but gives me a fatal error and wants to shut it down. Can anyone help me. I use it a lot to sell on ebay and I started my own business about 6 months ago and in this economy I am not making any money so I can't just go out and buy Photoshop 7.

Try downloading Trial PSE6 and use your Serial to activate it. Not sure your activation is expired or not. In that case Adobe Customer Care can help you.

I am having a problem with pop pups and small windows with ads constantly opening up on my safari?? Thought that macs didn't get virus? this looks like one- any experts around? please help me fix it with your instructions? really don't know what to do...

I am having a problem with my Mac OS X 10.7.5 mac book air , there are constant pop pups and small windows with ads blinking constantly opening up on my safari in front of everything?? it is constantly interupting me and makes me mistakingly click on it then another new windows open behind the one im using..
I am not too sure if thats a virus or trojan.. I always thought that macs didn't get virus? this looks like one to me… any experts around? please help me fix it with your instructions? really don't know what to do... thanks

     the most successful malware attacks rely on very sophisticated social engineering

4. Internet popups saying the FBI, NSA, Microsoft, your ISP has detected malware on
    your computer is intended to entice you to install their malware thinking it is a
    protection against malware.
5. Some of the anti-malware products on the market are worse than the malware
    from which they purport to protect you.
6. Be cautious where you go on the internet.
7. Only download anything from sites you know are safe.
8. Avoid links you receive in email, always be suspicious even if you get something
    you think is from a friend, but you were not expecting.
9. If there is any question in your mind, then assume it is malware.
