I haven't got Applecare, can I get my Ipad screen fixed by Apple and pay for it?

I haven't subscribed to AppleCare and I have cracked the screen of my Ipad, can I take it to the Apple shop to get it repaired and pay for it?

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Restart your mobile device.

I have the newest version of the iPad and can not see it under devices in my iTunes account on my PC. I can however see my iPod touch under devices and sync it. How can I get my iPad to show under devices and sync as well?

How can I get my iPad screen back on?

I cant get my iPad screen to turn on. I have tried holding the home and sleep button down and tried 'restoring' the iPad but it still not working and nothing appears on the screen. It is charged.
I was having trouble before wtih watching a video. When I went to the video app I had a TV show on and when I hit the 'done' button in the upper left corner of the iPad the iPad would freeze up. I could not get to the list of video's on the iPad because I could not get out of the show that was the most recent show I was watching.
To make it even weirder, iTunes can find the iPad so it must still be on and working (right?). But no matter what I try I can't get the screen to turn on.
I don't know if this matters, but I took the iPad with me out of the counrty for 5 weeks and I just returned and today is the first time I synched it in 5 weeks (it did sucessfully sync more than once today). It worked fine while I was gone, except I did have one time where the video would freeze the iPad like described above, but it went away after just turning the iPad off and on.
Any help would be great!

It may be possible to force the iPad into recovery mode. See <this article>.
If that does not work, I suspect your iPad has an internal problem that will require repair. If it is still in warranty, contact Apple. If out of warranty, search the web for iPad repair centers. There may be one in your city.

Do you have reliable backup you can restore from, as an erase and re-install may be required?
Before you got down that route, it's possible that it might get fixed if you try again. Not sure about that particular error, but I have had errors in the past that Disk Utility wouldn't fix on the first attempt but then subsequently did.
It's also possible that the (around $99, I think) Disk Warrior might resolve it - but not guaranteed.
However, I just found this thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3862376?start=15&tstart=0 have a look at Nirvi's post at the end - there may be hope (I've not tried this, although it seems to have helped a few, although not everybody - so at your own risk and I wouldn't try it if I didn't have backup).

AIf the iPod broke because of a defect then yes, Apple will replace the iPod if it is within the warranty period. A broken/cracked screen is not covered. However, sometimes if you make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store they will exchange your iPod at no cost if it has a broken/cracked screen.

The other day, I brought my two week old iphone 5c to school and I dropped it on concrete. When I picked it up, I just put it in my pocket and kept on walking. when I took it out again, i saw the phone was smashed! i was so upset, since it was brand new and i hadn't even had a chance to really go on it! The crack was HUGE! It's a huge spider web crack that spreads from the top way down to the bottom on the front screen. I was really confused cause my old phone was a crappy cheap little HTC and i had dropped it millions of times, and there isnt a single crack in it. I sent apple an email, but they just sent a stupid email saying, you cant contact us via email, for more information head to our website, blah blah blah! Seriously, don't they have time just to look at our emails?! Anyway, that you can your screen replaced for free! If anyone knows anything about this, PLEASE comment!!!

The chances of finding a Apple store to replacde just the screen is not very likely. If you get it done by another place it will void your warranty.
Now if you call Apple Care, just ask for a Senior Advisor, they do have the power to grant you a 1 time excetpion to replace your phone. Just don't be a dick, I am have personally replaced before it really just depens on the advisor and a few other things.
They wont replace the screen, they will just replace the phone.
Now with that there a few ways to get it taken care of at that point and they will go over those options.

You can't make Firefox remember the name and password in the Password Manager because the login form is created via JavaScript and that doesn't work with Firefox.
Websites remembering you and automatically log you on is stored in a cookie.<br />
Create an allow cookie exception (Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: Exceptions) to keep such a cookie, especially for secure websites and if cookies expire when Firefox is closed.<br />
Do not use Clear Recent History to clear the "Cookies" and the "Site Preferences" when you close Firefox.
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in Private Browsing mode.

No, if it's disabled it's too late, you will need to reset it back to factory defaults : Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support.
