I haven't received my email for my pre-order what do I do?

I pre-ordered the 5 Seconds Of Summer Don't Stop EP and Don't Stop single yesterday and it came out today. I haven't recceived my confirmation e-mail to say is has been released and I have checked through all my e-mails at least 3 times and I can't find it. When i go onto the iTunes store and search for the items I have pre-ordered it comes up with purchased and I'm really confused what do I do because I can't buy it?

  • Haven't received my Batman Arkham Knight - Pre-order - WayneTech Booster Pack

    I pre-ordered Batman Arkham Knight on the 22nd and picked it up the 23rd before leaving town. I was told I'd receieve an email with the code within 15 minutes. It is now the 27th and no code, I am not happy, where is my email!

    I am going to add to the the frustration.  I preordered, with the waynetech bonus pack.  I picked it up at 9:30 am, and its now 11pm and no code!  Wth?  This is my first preorder game at bestbuy, and i have done many at a certain Game store that I Stop at, with no problems.   It is always a 2 minute check out.  At bestbuy,  it was a 10 minute process where i had to find a guy who told me to get a regular (non-preorder) copy and go to the register.  I was told at the register to then go to customet service.  At customer service, i was asked my email address twice, even though its on my bestbuy rewards account.  He then handed me my receipt and said, there you go.  It tried to charge me 4.99 for the preorder bonus. He then voided it, and gave me the receipt.  I had to ask him how to get the download, and then was told it would show up in my email.  Well.....11hours later, nothing.  This will be my last preorder from bestbuy.  I see why they had to give me $10 in rewards to get it there.  This is crap customer service.

    If you forgot the answers to your security questions, try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you're not sure you remember the answers. If you're confident that you can't remember them, try one of the following:
    If you have three security questions and a rescue email address, sign in to My Apple ID and select the “Password and Security” tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
    If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID password, sign in to My Apple ID and select the “Password and Security” tab to reset your security question.
    If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID password, contact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.

    To get rid of "pop-up ads and other crap on my computer when I am on the internet", click on Safari in the Menu bar, and select Preferences. Next select Extensions. Delete all of them. Restart Safari.
    The first step in addressing the black screen is an SMC reset.
    Shut down the computer.
    Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
    On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
    Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
    Press the power button to turn on the computer. 
    Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC.

  • My preordered album says its purchased, however I have not received an email for me to download it

    The album I preordered's expected release date was today, so I go on my ipad to see if it was downloaded and when it wasn't, I checked itunes, where it states that the album I preordered is purchased, but gives me no link to download it. I also checked my past purchases on my ipad and on itunes and the album doesn't appear, however, does show up when I click on manage preorders, I also checked for available downloads with no results. I then researched online and apparently you receive an email when the content is ready to download, however, even though my album says it is purchased, I haven't received an email yet telling me the album is ready to download. Is this what is supposed to happen? I have tried everything to try and download my preordered album which states it is purchased, however, I do not want to pay again for an album which is telling me is already purchased. Is it possible the album is purchased, however, the content is not ready to download yet?

    Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store.
    Click Purchased in the Quick Links section.
    Select the content type that you want to download (Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books).
    Select Not in My Library to view purchased content that isn't on your computer.
    Find the item that you want to download. You can browse using the menu to the left. If you have more than 2,000 songs, you will see Recent Purchases instead of All Songs or Albums.
    Click the Download icon next to the item you want to download.
    If an item is already in your library, the Download icon won't appear.
    If you still are unable to download you purchase, then you will want to report your issue:

  • How long does it take to receive confirmation email for Mountain Lion

    Hi, I received my new Mac Book Pro Retina two days ago, and I'm eligible for an upgrade to Mountain Lion, I filled out the form, and have a reference number, but haven't received a email back with the code to be able to download it from the app store.
    Do you think I could just download it from the App Store and claim a refund later?

    As an update, I called Apple and they mentioned that in some cases, even though i've been told 24 hours, it could potentially, but be unlikley that it takes 72 hours after signing up on the page for the activation code.
    I did express my frustration with this, as the Apple Care person on the phone was able to see that I was 'approved' eg: I bought my mac 2 days ago and serial passed. But was unable to access any code, but mentioned that it was an automated processed and an email will be going out.
    Also read one some of the posts here, 'and this is unconfirmed' - is that there was codes given out, and some people were having problems with the codes, and maybe this is the reason why it is taking so slow.
    Your guess is as good as mine, but will be patient.

    When you get an error message , it is useful to know exactly what the error message said...word for word, as this helps to determine what caused the error message.
    The links provided by Airmail offer very good advice on how to maintain a healthy Thunderbird.
    Compacting removes hidden 'marked as deleted' emails, thus freeing up space.

    Look in each folder including 'Sent' and delete any unwanted emails.
    Empty the Junk and Deleted folders.
    * right click on folder and select : eg: Empty Junk
    Then compact all folders:
    * File > Compact Folders.
    Archive all emails, both Sent and Received that are older than a couple of months.
    Set up Archiving Options first.
    * Right click on mail account name and select: 'Settings'
    * Select; Copies & Folders' for the mail account
    * Click on 'Archive Options' button.
    * Set 'Archive Options' to monthly archived folders (if you send on a regular daily basis) and select to 'keep exisitng folder structure of archived messages'.
    * click on OK.
    * Click on OK to save settings.
    then Archive any emails in Inbox, Sent, and any other folder thats older than a couple of months.
    Archiving still keeps emails viewable via Thunderbird, but they are moved out of the regular folder, so releasing space in original files.

    You have not mentioned if you have an IMAP gmail account.
    If you do, have you subscribed and synchronised the 'All Mail; folder ?
    'All Mail' is gmails Archive folder, so it keeps a record of every email. This means it will double the size of your Profile folder.
    It is advised that you do not subscribe to see this folder.
    To remove stored emails in the All Mail mbox file follow advise from this link...scroll down to the 'All Mail' section:

    Once you have done all this organising, deleting, compacting and general maintenance, do you still get an error message?
