24 days but I haven't received my ipad yet!

I have ordered an ipad online on 10/18, I checked UPS website and noticed it out for delivery on 10/21
Then, I told my family to stay home on that day but we did not receive anything. I contacted UPS on 10/22 and they opened an investigation. I went to Anaheim warehouse and asked for my packet on 10/25. Because it was Saturday,it closed soon.However I met a lady,who work there, got out from work. She told me the warehouse closed and come back on Monday. After talking with her, I came back home and felt better. I knew that sometimes, truck driver just follow the intructions. He couldn't leave something expensive like phone or ipad...etc without my signature. He would send the packet back in the warehouse and I had 5 days to get it. After 5 days, the UPS would send back the shipper ( bestbuy). I went to UPS warehouse again on monday 10/27, I could not get my packet because the employee checked my packet that was in an investigation. I had to wait 5-8 days, for bestbuy may be 10days. I have emailed UPS, Bestbuy and asked but now it has been 24days, I haven't received the ipad yet.
I do not care if it lost because it's not my fault
Please let me know How long will it take? and When do you reship or refund it for me?

Why does my apple order say complete even though i haven't received my order

My order says that its complete but i haven't received anything. I ordered osx 10.7 via email. Also how long should it actualy take to 'ship'?

You should have received a code and a link to where to download it from. If you haven't then contact Apple Custoer Support. Lion does not come on a disk.

my friends said that they have gifted my apps.

plus,

Sorry, but to reset the passcode will erase everything. You can only restore from a backup you make before you reset the passcode or one you recently made.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

Haven't received refunds

I have contacted Report A Problem about getting refunds from apps that don't work and I haven't received those refunds yet.

On the other thread you said that iTunes Support hadn't yet replied saying that you would get a refund, you'd only received the automated reply saying that they'd received your contact and would reply within 48 hours.
Have you now had that follow-up email saying that you will get refunded ? If they have now replied then as I said on that other thread, it can take a number of days for the refund to be processed and for it to show on your account.

Haven't received verification email for iCloud

My email for iCloud still says verifying. But I haven't received an email yet either.

Make sure you are checking the email address you used to set up your iCloud account. Also make sure you check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email. Still haven't received PS+ card in mail

My order was supposedly shipped 6/15 and I still haven't received my order. It says "The post office was unable to deliver your UPS SurePost package and returned it to UPS. We will return to the sender. / The address has been corrected. The delivery has been rescheduled." The next status is Destination Scan which hasn't changed since 6/16. During the day it says In Transit, and around night time it says Rescheduled.

That's a strange status for your shipping progress. I apologize for the delay and I appreciate your patience while we get this figured out.
Have you reached out to shipping provider? If so, did they file a tracer on the item?
If you haven't, then I'll have to reach out to our Research department to get a tracer on the item. The tracer can usually take a few days to process the location of the item.
Please keep me updated on anything you hear from the shipping company.

I am just wondering if anyone who ordered an iPhone 5s online for Verizon has actually received their phone yet. Since they haven't received any at the Apple stores I am wondering if anyone has an idea of when they will actually start shipping them out.
