This means the iphone is disabled due to too many incorrect Passcode entries.
You our only option is to restore the device. Please note you will loose ALL info currently on the device.
To restore open iTunes on your computer. Plug your cable into the computer but not the phone. Now power down the iphone. once completely shut down, press and HOLD the home button and plug the cable into the phone and continue holding the home button until the itunes logo appears on the phone.
ITunes es will see the device in recovery mode and ask you to restore.
CLick restore and your good to go.

Could you specify the model of MacBook and the OS X it's running, please? Some of the advice or references vary along with the system, so this could be helpful to formulate a reply. I've never used a Guest User selection, but do have more than one User.
If the computer does not have an optical drive, you may be able to boot it into a recovery disk mode or something; in an attempt to see what is wrong and maybe fix it.

Hello I have been using Photoshop cs6 for 6 months and now I get "Scratch Disk Full"
I have read all of the threads and done all of the suggestions. Empty Temp Files, Defrag Disk, Checked Root File. I even bought a new HD 1T but still get Scratch Disk. I have 4g Ram and an I5 processor. My HD that I was using has 328g free, So I am at a lose of what to do next. Any help.

Yes it does give me a link. Its tell me to review my account info but when I click on review it then says I need to upgrade my iOS but I am already using the latest iOS. Any suggestions?

I tried to upgrade the new version for i pad mini but when downloading it just went off and told me to connect it to i tunes, so i did and now it says i need to restore it. Does that mean I will lose everything in my i pad?
In other words, the upgrade process did not go altogether well and the device has lost all its contents. When you plug it in, they will be restored from the backup.

Hi I have a year old Macbook pro. I was using a miniport to connect it to the TV via HDM cable. It was working fine but I have used it for a couple of months kept it in a drawer and now it doesnt work. When connected to the TV the screen on the mac goes blue as though there is some signal then back to original screen but the TV doesnt show what's on the laptop. Please any suggestions, thanks??

Leave username blank & in password use admin in lower case...
For Wireless Settings, please do the following : -
Click on the Wireless tab-
-Here select manual configuration...Wireless Network mode should be mixed...
-Provide a unique name in the Wireless Network Name (SSID) box in order to differentiate your network from your neighbours network...
- Set the Radio Band to Standard-20MHz and change the standard channel to 11-2.462GHz...
- And wireless SSID broadcast should be Enabled and then click on save settings...
Please make a note of Wireless Network Name (SSID) as this is the Network Identifier...
For Wireless Security : -
Click on the Sub tab under Wireless > Wireless Security...
Change the Wireless security mode to WEP, Encryption should be 64 bits.Leave the passphrase blank, don't type in anything...
Under WEP Key 1 type in any 10 numbers please(numbers only and no letters) and click on save settings...
Please make a note of WEP Key 1 as this is the Security Key for the Wireless Network.
Click on Advanced Wireless-
settings>>Change the Beacon Interval to 75 >>Change the Fragmentation...
Threshold to 2304 Change the RTS Threshold to 2307 >>Click on "Save Settings"...
Now see if you can locate your Wireless Network and attempt to connect...
