I hide my ipod by mistake.  How do I unhide it on ITunes?

I hide my ipod application on ITunes.  How do I unhide it?

Check your Trash. Select Put Back if it's still in the Trash.
If you need to re-install open the Mac App Store (MAS) and go to Purchases. Find iPhoto and select to download.

  • I have lost my previous itunes library and the content is no longer on my ipod touch.  How do I recover my previous itunes library?  I have already tried the backup but because the content was erased from my ipod that did not work.

I have lost my previous itunes library content after atempting to sync my ipod.  Is there any way that apple can provide me with a history restore for an itunes library?

if you have all the songs still on your ipod you can put them back on your computer from the ipod... just DONT LET ITUNES SYNC WITH YOU IPOD when you plug it back in. change the settings to manual control for syncing ipods or your itunes will delete all of them. i dont know what to do for the unchecked songs... i had a similar situation and i used a mac program to take the songs off of my ipod. hope this helps.. just google for an application that will let ya take songs off the ipod.

sorry, I forgot to put what it said. This is what it said, "iTunes could not connect to the Ipod because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPod before it can be used with iTunes"
Try connecting the iPod touch to the computer you normally sync it with.
This article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212 provides details about the passcode lock feature.
If you cannot remember the passcode or don't have access to the computer that the iPod is normally synced with, you can restore it from recovery mode and set it up as a new device without any data. This article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414 will walk you through restoring from recovery mode.

  • PSE 12 hides Panasonic RAW files. How do I unhide the files?

PSE 12 has a new feature under Preferences/Camera or Card Reader called "Alutomatically Stack RAW and JPEG." Checking this will stack a RAW & JPEG file combination, i.e., when shooting with the camera's RAW + JPEG setting checked. In my case PSE 12 appears to stack my Panasonic RAW files and each JPEG thumbnail shows the right facing arrow to expand the stack. When I click the arrow the arrow disappears but the stack does not expand to reveal the RAW file. The RAW file still exists on the hard drive, but I can't find any way to reveal it in PSE (I've not tried to re-import the RAW files because there are a lot of files in a lot of folders.) This is rather critical and needs to be fixed. Any ideas??

The fact that I tried your scenario with PSE12 and your RAW files rules out any kind of support drop

You can go to the PhotoStream folder on your computer (if you set up photostream on your computer) and get them their.
If you backed up the iPod after you took the photos you can restore the iPod from backup.

  • I hid my folders in outlook for mac by mistake.  how do I unhide them?

I hid my folders in outlook for mac by mistake (inbox, sent, etc).  How do I unhide them?

Microsoft probably do, since they are the people who developed Outlook. Have you asked them on their support site?
Alternatively, you can create IMAP folders in your iCloud email account at iCloud.com and they will show up in Outlook when the account is refreshed.

  • HT203167 I transferred a movie from a digital copy disc to iTunes and when I saw it in Downloads, I accidentally tapped Hide. How do I unhide it from the iPhone or computer? It said to look in account info. Where would that be on the phone or computer?

I transferred a movie from a digital copy to iTunes and tapped Hide by mistake in the Downloads. How do I unhide the movie? It said to do this in account info, how do I do this on the iPhone or computer?

The movie is from iTunes.   You would think that a download from iTunes to a MacBook could be watched on an HDTV using Apple TV without any headaches bit this does not appear to be the case.

  • IPod Menu Malfunction - How to Correct It?

    PROBLEM:
Every time I've transfered music files from my PC hard drive to my iPod (Using iTunes 6), the resulting iPod menus are "disordered".
By "disordered", I mean that Artists are listed twice (e.g., the group **Jefferson Airplane** is listed in the iPod Artist menu twice).
Each separate Artist listing contains some of the songs for that Artist, while the other (usually) contains the rest (e.g., one iPod category listing for **Jefferson Airplane** has two of the four songs I'm trying to transfer. The other category listing for this group contains the other two.)
Sometimes a song that I've transferred from my PC to my iPod isn't listed at all!
    QUESTION:
My question is this -- How can I get my iPod menus to work the way they're suppose to: that is, categorizing all the songs by a given artist in one artist category?
    PARTICULARS:
    1. I've repeatedly restored my iPod using updated settings. This does not seem to correct the problem.
    2. The songs I'm transferring from my PC to my iPod were ripped from CD's in Wav format, and were kept on my hard drive in separate files by artist name. These files were then imported into iTunes Library, and each song is then identified by title, artist, album, genre, track number and disk number. The "part of a compilation" option is also chosen. Each song is then converted into Aac format. Finally, the songs are transferred to the iPod (I select all of the songs in my iTunes Library, and then drag and drop them to my iPod.)
I hope I've provided enough information to resolve this problem. If not, please indicate any additional that might be required. I'll try to provide it.
Thanks to all who can offer help,

"By "disordered", I mean that Artists are listed twice"
A spelling or punctuation mistake, or sometimes a trailing space usually causes this after the artists and/or song name, which fools the iPod into thinking that there are two different artists or songs. The trailing space is the hardest to spot.

Best way to cure this is to go into iTunes, highlight that artist and/or songs, right click on them and select "get info".

This brings up the multiple song info window. In the artist or song box retype the name, as you would like it, and then click ok.

Re sync this new artist/song info to your iPod.

I have iTunes on my iPad. I have a new iPod nano. How do I connect iPod to iPad to download iTunes and music library?

    Hi Divine Inspiration,
You wouldn't connect the iPod to the iPad for data transfers. Music is stored and shared either through a computer or iCloud.
