I honestly don't know how to describe this.

You see, I am a youtube who specializes in a thing called youtube commentaries, where we show the viewer a bad video and interject why it is wrong with pictures, usually putting in effects and jokes to entertain. I bought a creative cloud subscription with premiere because I thought the price was good and needed a new editor. I put in my first video I was commentating on at the time and it turned out fine. then I put my picture or avatar in the timeline, and the picture ended up huge, so big that I was barely able to see the picture in the preview screen, so with that I scale down my picture so that I could see it in the preview screen, and it worked well from there. until I exported and posted it onto youtube, where the pictures were only half the screen instead of full screen like they should be. I wanna know what is going on, I think it involves sequences but I don't know how to fix this or why it is happening.

One thing that works for may people is to size their pictures to match their editing BEFORE importing into a timeline

So Wednesday night I installed Windows 10, did some tinkering with it and finally got it installed Thursday morning. I immediately noticed that browsing websites/online gaming were a lot slower and/or laggier. I said screw it and reverted back to Windows 8.1 because I didn't feel like dealing with that (btw, I prematurely upgraded my computer to Windows 10 before it said my computer was ready, if that matters) and the problem got significantly worse. Not only was the lag even worse, I went from consisently having 13-15 mbps DL on Speedtest to anywhere from <1 to 7 mbps, the worst of it being http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4551838924 and I also could not stay connected to the internet for more than 10-15 minutes at a time . I didn't know what to do and after doing everything I could think of, including calling Customer support and speaking with a tech, it was determined that it was a modem issue. I got a new modem put in today and the lag, whilst not as bad, is still there and I'm not sure if it's because of the AT&T outage that happened earlier today and thus the server is getting flooded by everyone at the same time so it would lag anyway, or if it's something inside my computer or even something incredibly silly that I simply overlooked. At this point I'm just looking for some guidance, because I don't see how installing Windows 10 could just cause everything to hit the fan.

I also downloaded windows 10 and had the same problem. I lasted about an hour and reverted back to windows 7. The new interface looks pretty but none of the new features work and my internet also was very slow. You have one month to try it and during that month you can revert back to your previous operating system. It takes about 30 minutes to restore your computer back the way it was. I should have known better. No one gives something for free unless it is so bad that they can not sell.

Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, double check the volume button just in case. If you still can't hear the tones go into your settings>sounds and make sure the options are on.

So, the article you have there, HT4895, is pretty good. Just look at the FAQ section of it.
But basically, you will want to create a backup on your computer through iTunes...Just plug your current iPad into it and make sure your iPad and iTunes are logged in with the same Apple ID. At that point, just create a backup.
When you get your new iPad, and before you plug it in or set it up, follow the directions in this link to change your Apple ID. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621?viewlocale=en_US
Once you have that done, plug your new iPad into your computer to sync up with iTunes. Follow the directions for Restore from Backup and it should bring all that info back to your new iPad.
And changing your Apple ID email info will allow you to have your own!!! This should solve all your issues and GL!!!

You do realise that wiping the disk means that everything on the disk is erased. Everything. Photos, music, emails, ...
So the first piece of advice is to make sure you have a back up of everything.
You need the OS disk to reintsall the operating system. You will use that disk first to erase the drive, then to reinstall the OS.

As for MS Office, you will need the original disk that it came on to reinstall it.

Settings>Safari>Autofill>Clear all. You will have to start over again with all of your passwords.
