I inadvetantly put a "Theme" in the background of my Firefox browser ("Personas"?) and would like to disable it but instructions on Firefox web site do not solve the problem?

I have no other details to provide except that the background of my Firefox page is ugly, distracting and I cannot get rid of it. Does Firefox have a customer service group that I can call for help. HELP.

You can uninstall your current Persona and revert to the Default theme (Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I can understand your concern, however can you please let me know that are you able to open both the PDF files ( the one you converted form excel to pdf & the other pdf that was mailed to you ) individually without using any password?
As it asks for the password, it means that the postal mailed PDF is password protected. You can ask for the password from the sender of the postal mail & then try to combine the files.
Please follow the steps in the provided KB doc.to combine the files : Combine files into single PDF | Adobe Acrobat DC tutorials
This will probably resolve your issue.

Yes, otherwise you will have to pay for those apps again. If an app is purchased by one Apple ID, he/she will be able to redownload it again for no cost (note: this does apply to songs, but NOT to movies).

What format is your problem clip? Are there wave forms visible in the section without sound?
Right click on the clip in the event broswer and choose Reveal in Finder; open the clip in Quick Time to confirm that there is sound throughout at that stage of your workflow.

Your smartboard would need to include a data projector function of such sort, and then you would connect your device to that projector as you would any other data projector. I do know that I can Export either the design Form OR the Responses then Import them into my other account but I don't see a way to export the entire Form WITH the Responses.

Your purchased music is availble for download again at no cost. If you have iTunes match service, you can download your matched music.

I upgraded from iPhone 3G to 4S a few days ago. When setting up the new 4S, I choose to restore my last 3G backup. It started by updating the OS to version 5.1 (9B179) then restored my apps and setting. Everything went well except that I realized I do not have the new apps which come with the 4S, like FaceTime, HD video and Siri.
What should I do to correct this?

Ah, FaceTime is not an app, either. It's accessed by tapping the FaceTime button when you are in the contacts app and have selected a contact. This can also be done from the Phone app under the Contacts tab, or during a call, you can switch to FaceTime.

The statement from that web site is completely incorrect. What they probably meant was that their software doesn't support Mac. IMHO this is a sign of either ignorance or lack of concern on the part of the site creators. Back in the dark ages a lot of PC apps didn't support Mac but not these days.
Get into your Mac Help window and search MIDI. There's plenty of info there on how your Mac supports MIDI.
